“Oh my goodness you are so appreciated. I am so sorry you had to clean up after her. If she drinks too fast it will come up. I should have warned you about that. I make her take “breaks” and give her luke warm water. That’s my fault. Thank you so much for loving on her and being patient. I really appreciate you!”

About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is that i have a good grip on the needs and wants of the animals. I also have servel years of experience in dealing with large dogs. I have quite a bit of free time, though i go out on Wednesday and Friday, and I might be getting a job soon, so I am not sure how much time I will have further on. I care for them both in and outside the house, with attention, care, treats, and anything else that the dog or cat might need or want.

About: I've been a dog lover all of my life. I also know how to deal with cats having owned two for over 15 years. I train all my animals to be sweet, obedient, independent, and spoiled! I'm a college educated man that can care for animals just about any time. I'm good at gaining trust with animals and building a relationship with them that makes care much easier. I prefer to go to clients home just because I have a little dog at home that's only 10lbs. Since most dogs outsize him, I'm not particularly comfortable bringing other dogs or cats into his domain. However, I am more than happy to give your pet the care they need at their own home so their lives are as undisturbed as possible. I will always view myself as a guest in their domain. I seek not only to serve you the owner as a customer, but the animal as well. I have a great love and respect for all our little family members!

About: I am a stay at home mom with my 9 year old daughter and 13 year old son. I began grooming when I was 22. After a couple of years I started my own grooming salon. I also did pet sitting and boarding for many of my clients. When my son was born ten years later I sold my grooming business to devote more time to him. Now that my children are older I would love to allow them the opportunity to help me in the business of caring for your dog. After the loss of our dog, my children and I look forward to giving your dog lots of love and attention. We hope you will love us as much as we love animals! We also offer Drop offs as early as 7am and pick up as late as 9pm. I am a stay at home mom. My husband works from home and my son and daughter are home schooled. So someone is always home! I have a fenced yard, doggy door and plenty of space for running and playing! We are an easy laid back family and love to have pet visitors
“Bella is amazing! She gave me tons of updates and pictures, helping me feel confident that my pets were happy and okay while I travelled. I could not recommend her more!”

About: I was responsible for taking care of my dog and cat since the age of 6. I have 4 cats of my own for the last 7 years and have been relied upon by both family members and friends to dog sit. I treat every pet as if they were my own and have even been responsible for house sitting extra pets such as a hamster and Guinea pigs. I work in social services which means I am constantly alternating between driving around Cobb County and working from home. When I am able to set up my visits according to my personal schedule which allows me to schedule visits that give me time to stop by and walk or let pets out to go potty according to their schedule. It is important to me to maintain a pets already established schedule to alleviate as much stress as possible having a new person around. I like to have details about what is expected from me to provide the best care for your pets and what your pets expect from me. Potty schedule, eating schedule, favorite activities and toys. I love being outside so if there is a fenced in yard I love playing with your pets in the yard or if not love taking long walks with them.

I have had both large and small animals and currently have a 5 pound Yorkiepoo in the home and trust that I can take care of any breed. My evenings are the most free so I would be happy to take care of any evening routines and walks when needed. My weekends are typically very free to where I can do plenty of walks and drop ins. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
