About: I’ve had dogs in my family since I was born and my grandparents volunteered for a dog rescue shelter in Eagle River, WI. I am also studying to become a mental health therapist and work with elderly, children, and those with intellectual disabilities. I believe have lots of soft skills from this experience that the animals like! During the semester I will be busy from roughly 9am-3pm, but outside of that I am very flexible for hours! My main job requires at most 3 hour sessions. I care for pets as if they were royalty! They are one of the biggest sources of joy in my life and I just couldn’t imagine not pampering them.
About: I have taken care of my dog Koda for 15 years. So I have been with him since he was a puppy to and elder. I trained him to go through obstacles, taken him on countless walks and hikes, and showered him with lots of love. I’m currently a college student so my classes vary each day. I am free Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays before 12 and I am free Fridays and weekends. I am flexible to help out late afternoons Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I live in a very calm, spacious, and animal friendly apartment. I am also surrounded by nature and live one minute away from a beautiful and lengthy walking path with lots of greenery. I also am very well organized so I would make sure your home looked exactly as it did before I arrived. I am more than happy to be accommodating to peoples privacy and living space.
About: I have experience working at a dog daycare, (Dana’s Dog Spa and Daycare in Hutchinson, MN) where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities in a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities included supervising playgroups, feeding, cleaning, and making sure each dog was safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’ve also spent many years caring for the pets of friends and family, providing reliable cat and dog sitting while they were away and regularly walking their dogs. About: Hi! My name is Malia and I am a sophomore at UW Madison studying Psychology! I’ve grown up caring for my family’s Golden Retriever for the past 12 years, along with helping care for my grandma’s dogs—a rescue mix and a poodle. About: Since I was little I’ve taken care of many pets! People have relied on me when out of town many times for a puppy and older dogs. I’ve bathed dogs, cut their hair, given medicine, etc.. About: I’ve grown up with animals my entire life, that being household pets, and also large farm animals. I grew up showing farm animals at my local fair, and loved it.
