I also have years of experience with senior dogs with health issues. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I take the time to get to know what makes them happiest I am a full time student in the spring and fall and normally take summer classes but this summer am saving money and taking a summer off. I have a huge amount of availability and am willing to accommodate most schedules and dates, lengths of work etc. my routine every day is walking my dog a couple miles, school work outside of the summer, afternoon walk and weekends I take her swimming at salmo pond or Indian lake. At my home I have a fenced in back yard and I have a counter surfer and a chewer so my house is always puppy proof as no doors are left open and all food and paper is pushed back by the counter. It is a no tobacco house hold and all medication, vitamins, supplements or inside a mirror cabinet. I do not purchase chewing gum with xylitol in it ever. I have extremely reliable and will answer the phone most times and if I don’t I will call back generally within a half hour. I am not afraid to ask questions about dog care if I need to clear something up. I only let my dog meet another dog if I feel comfortable with it and trust the dogs demeanor

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since high school and have over 10 years of experience with pets of all kinds. I also started training service dogs in middle school, so I’m comfortable working with different temperaments and routines. I love making pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away! I’m currently a pharmacy student, so my schedule during the school year is structured and reliable. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting around classes and study time, and I enjoy having pets as company during quieter parts of the day. During the summer, I work but still maintain availability for pet care, especially evenings, weekends, and longer stays. I care for pets in their own home where they’re most comfortable and able to stick to their normal routine. I always make sure pets feel safe, calm, and well cared for by following feeding schedules, exercise needs, medication instructions, and any house rules closely.

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. I grew up with a Newfoundland, walked dogs for neighbors, cared for cats for friends who travel, and even have duck and chicken sitting experience! I'm an active and positive minded person. I'm always down for a long walk, but equally love hanging on the couch with some cute pups/cats! I'm currently working on the weekends only, so I have plenty of time during the week to hang and play with your pets during the week, or in the evening on the weekends. I feel confident in maintaining your pets' safety within your home. I am attentive and will keep them within a fenced area when off leash, can crate dogs/cats when needed, and provide food, treats, medicine, etc. fit to your request/your pets' needs.

About: Hi all, my name is Alina and I’m new to Rover :). I have been a reliable dog/cat sitter for family, friends, and co-workers for a few years. I am a respectful, friendly, animal-loving soul that is free all summer to care for pets and make them feel safe and happy! I am starting medical school in the fall so I am excited to get some time with furry friends this summer. I love getting animals outside for walks and playtime. I am happy to work with pets of all ages. I am not working any particular job this summer other than pet-sitting. With this, my schedule is very flexible and I’m available just about any day of the week/weekends except a few select dates. I’m happy to work early mornings and late nights too if needed. At my client’s home, I care for pets by following their feeding routine, brushing their fur, and incorporating lots of playtime and exercise. About: I’ve been surrounded by and taken care of animals since I was a toddler. I grew up with all sorts of animals in the home from Guinea pigs and bunnies to dogs and birds! I’ve pet sat on occasion including dogs and cats as well as chickens and horses! I’m currently self employed and am taking on work through Rover to support my business as I’ve experienced a transition with work over the past few months. She is very kind and gentle with our Murphy and even gives our two cats some loving even though we booked her for a dog walk! About: I’ve been a dog sitter for over four years to a family that travels quite a bit! I also help my neighbors walk and feed their pets when they are gone! I also have a cat of my own in my hometown and love to spoil her!! I’m a recent UW grad in between jobs, meaning I have PLENTY of time on my hands to play with your pets!! I am super communicative and notoriously flexible schedule wise - for I want to be with your pets as much as possible!! My home offers a large open concept for your pets to frolic around! My current schedule allows me to be really good with feeding and potty schedules! I do not have a fence, but I will spend my time outside with your animals in my spacious yard and nearby walking paths and parks!

I have personally had a cat and 4 dogs throughout growing up and have taken diligent and loving care of them from walks/runs, veterinary care, to lots and lots of snuggles. About: I’ve had dogs growing up as a child. My own kids love animals and enjoy being around pets and helping care for them. We enjoy caring for neighbors pets when they go on vacation. We are a family of educators, so we have a lot of availability in the summer. During the school year, we are available most weekends. We do not have a fenced yard, but we do have 3 kids who LOVE to take dogs on walks and play with pets. We can play with your pet outside on a leash, or inside our home.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 8. I have had a family dog since I was little, that I had to feed, walk, and bathe. I also took care other family members and friends pets. I have taken care of dogs as small as Papillions and as big as Mastiffs. I work part time as a Nursing Assistant , so I have a lot of time to take care of pets. I hope to work with animals on my days off! I feed, brush, bathe, and play with clients pets! It’s very important to me that pets are taken care of properly. I like to take my time working with pets, so there are comfortable with me!
