About: Eric and Rachel share a love for their beloved Aussie-beagle Lilo and fostering rescue dogs together. We know that it is never easy to leave your beloved dog with someone new, and in a new place. As our own Lilo has struggled with separation anxiety before, we know how important it is to have a pet sitter who is present, patient, and able to cater their care towards a dog’s specific needs. Rachel has taken care of 6 different family dogs growing up, including a border collie, golden retriever, Boston terrier, 2 mixed breeds and a silky terrier. Eric has taken care of his family dog (chihuahua minpin) since birth till now (11 years old). Together, we have fostered 22 rescue dogs these past two years, ranging from a high energy Great Pyrenees to 3 Border Collie puppies all at once, to a completely afraid and anxious Beagle mama and Shiba Inu mama that are recovering from very difficult situations. We have also looked after American pit bulls, large Newfoundlands and a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and senior doggies who have hip difficulties and special diets. Our own dog is a 3.5 year old Aussie-beagle, so we particularly love the herding dogs. :) We both have lots of experience working with dogs of all kinds of temperaments and needs, especially high energy dogs who require a lot of attention and care, and administering medication to dogs who have special needs. Rachel also loves cooking her home cooked meals for her dog, and can do that for yours too, if you need! We both work from home and have all weekends free. Our flexible schedules together allows us to bring dogs regularly on walks and to look after them consistently. We follow instructions really well, and can take care of your dog according to your requirements. We allow dogs to roam and sleep freely in our home, but we can also crate your dog easily if you prefer. We know how to work with your dog with lots of gentle care and love.

About: I have always had a dog my whole life and they always bring me joy to my life knowing they are there own being with their own personality I am currently working around 30-40 hours a week but all my shifts are different which makes pet sitting perfect for the different timing needs I always make sure I know what the pet is doing so they are staying safe and not hurting themselves or anything else within the house, I also make sure they are having fun and getting there energy out!

About: I have experience with a variety of pets including foster pets, energetic pets, and pets who require a trusting relationship with their caregivers. Dogs and cats are my favorite and I know how important they are to their families. I am a second year medical student at the University of Wisconsin looking to support families and their pets with flexibility around my school schedule! About: I grew up with a husky for over ten years and have dog sat for multiple family members over the years! I also have cat sit for family friends several times and lived with my roommates cat for almost two years. I also now have two cats of my own who I adore! My typical working hours for my regular job are M-W and Friday done before 3pm. I am free to walk and sit anytime after 11am on Thursdays as well. If you let me know two weeks in advance, I'm typically available for weekends. My schedule is flexible, so caring for you pet will always be a priority. I always come with my own food, treats for the dogs and a great attitude.

About: I have experience from dogs, cats, chickens, to reptiles since I was a kid. Definitely know how to be friendly to animals, read body language, and adapt. I routinely pet-sit my elderly neighbor’s tabby, my friend’s tortoiseshell cat and cocker spaniel, my boyfriend’s black lab, and my cousin’s scottish folds. I have been continuously contacted to play, walk, feed, and poop-scoop their pets and enjoy each others company. I am a recent graduate taking a gap year so my schedule is flexible. Plenty of time to play and take care of your pets. I follow and respect all given instructions. I also make it a point to reach out whenever there are concerns or to send some updates/pictures. I genuinely care about the well-being of your pets and respecting your time.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was around 5 years old. I grew up in the country in Texas and at one point we had around 20 cats and 9 dogs. We took care of the strays that made their way onto our property, and sometimes adopted from shelters and random people. I was taught love and compassion for animals since I was a young child. I continue to embrace the kindness I have in my heart for animals everyday. I’m usually available most of the time, as I don’t have any full time work to tend to. I also do not celebrate holidays which can benefit pet owners very much because they can count on me being available as long as I have not already booked with someone else. I would be wonderful to your pup insuring they get enough potty breaks, walks if you would like, maybe the dog park upon your approval, and even car rides if you’d like! I offer complimentary treats.. I keep some in my home. And of course I would get them approved by my client first. For cats in my clients home, I would do the same things. I would also insure the cat box is clean, and lots of play time if that’s what the kitty likes :-)

About: I have taken care of many different types of pets for the past 4 years. From golden labs to parakeets, I love them all a lot. I currently work 8 am to 5 pm during the week, but I am available to dog or cat sit outside of those hours. I have a small dog of my own so I am definitely an animal lover! I have done house visits many times to watch dogs when their owners are out of town and I am very careful to make both the dogs and owners and happy as possible.

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs. I grew up with Labrador Retrievers and have had Labs my entire life. My family currently has a 5-year-old chocolate Lab, so dogs have always been a big part of my life. Over the past two years, I have cared for more than 50 dogs, and I couldn't imagine a better hobby. I can't wait to meet you and your pup! I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May of 2024. I am currently starting my masters at Edgewood University. I work full-time at a CPA firm from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. I am available any weeknight after 4:30pm, as well as all day Saturdays & Sundays! Please do not hesitate to reach out, as my schedule is constantly changing and I may be able to squeeze in a stay last minute. I provide a wide variety of services for your pups. I live in a safe community right next to the capital, making it very convenient for Madison families, visiting alumni & parents, and anyone/everyone to book! My roommates have a cat, but we do not have her interact with the pups. She stays in a closed door room when I am sitting, unless you are comfortable allowing her to free roam. I allow dogs on my furniture and bed. I have a large supply of leashes, toys, water bowls, and poop bags for your pups. I do ask that you provide your favorite toy for the pup, as this will help them bring a "piece of home" to an unfamiliar place.
