About: I'm an animal-loving recent grad from UW-Madison, born and raised in the Midwest. I work 8–4 in behavioral health and spend my free time around animals whenever I can. I have lots of experience with both cats and dogs, they've always been part of my family growing up. I've cared for senior dogs, including giving shots, daily oral medication, and following specific feeding schedules and exercise routines. I also regularly watch high energy large dogs as well as smaller dogs. I always try to mimic each pet's normal routine so they don't feel like they're with someone new, my goal is for them to feel like they're just having a normal day, with maybe a little extra fun! I work in behavioral health care with a schedule of 8–4, and I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which allows me to do midday check-ins on your pets if needed! I'm also available to stay for longer periods at your home to provide care. During the week, I can stop by before or after work, and I'm flexible anytime on weekends. Safety and routine come first, whether I'm in my own home or yours. I keep feeding schedules, medications, and habits consistent so pets feel secure. I'm experienced with oral, topical, and syringe medication, chronic conditions like arthritis and hyperthyroidism, and keeping escape prone pets safely inside. I also respect each pet's boundaries, aiming to help them feel as comfortable as they would with their own owner! :)

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 12 years and have experience with dogs, cats, farm animals, and wildlife. My professional animal care experience began as a teenager working at Pine Ridge Pet Resort, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. My responsibilities included feeding, walking, cleaning, administering medications, monitoring behavior, and providing safe, attentive care in both boarding and daycare settings. Since then, animal care has remained a huge part of my life. I have extensive hands-on experience caring for senior pets, including administering multiple oral medications, insulin injections, and providing extra support for aging dogs with changing mobility and health needs. I also have experience giving medication to cats and caring for puppies. In addition to domestic pet care, I worked at a wildlife rescue center where I assisted with first aid, fluid administration, and hands-on care for injured animals. That experience strengthened my ability to stay calm, observant, and compassionate in high-stress situations. I work 40h each week Monday through Friday, so I am mainly available on the weekends only for now. I am getting married in a year & have 2 degrees, so I have both debt and savings to add to. I am hoping to help care for pets & put every cent earned on Rover towards my debt In my home, I have a full house of 2 dogs and 2 cats. They all get along great, but my senior dog, Daisy, doesn't get along with dogs that don't live with her. Therefore, my home is not available currently for pet sitting, but I am familiar with pet sitting for others in their homes in order to assure their pets feel safe. In my home, I feed 2x/day in an 8 hour period and walk my dogs every 3-4 hours. When it comes to other people's pets, I am open to whatever care routine your animals are used to. No matter how many steps are involved, I can do anything you need done, and I will do it with a smile on my face. I will also respect any and all boundaries in your home and only go in the designated pet areas. I have had multiple people require I stay out of certain rooms, and it has never been an issue. I am deeply appreciative of the trust I am given when caring for pets, so I won't take it for granted by disrespecting your home or boundaries.

About: I’ve worked/volunteered at the Humane Society for two years. I’ve watched friends dogs since I was 12 years old. Love to take dogs on walks, to the dog parks and just spend time with them. I have 2 dogs already at home so I can only watch your pets at your house. I currently work full time so pretty much work around my full time job. I’m more available in the afternoons, there are some days that i can do mornings. I treat them like my own with all the tender love and care they need. I have a fenced in backyard that the dogs love to play in.

About: We are a family of four that wants to get a dog some day when our children are a bit older. We have two daughters aged 9 and 5. We love to do dog sitting so we can still enjoy a dog in our home. I am a high school teacher and my wife stays home 3 out of 5 days/week with our two young daughters. My wife grew up with Labradors and I grew up with Maltese and Terriers. We cannot wait to have our own dog again. Will your dog be the one to convince us of what type of dog we want for our family? Because we do not currently have a dog and only take one dog at a time, your dog will be very well cared for and receive tons of attention and affection! **once in awhile, we may have two bookings that overlap slightly depending on pick-up/drop-off times, but if that happens we will communicate that with you! My wife is home Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with our daughters. On Mondays and Tuesdays, we are gone from 8:30-4:00. If that is too long of a period for your dog to go without a potty break please let us know! I am a teacher at Memorial highschool (just 5 mins from our home) and can easily come home during my lunch break for a quick dog walk! We have a fenced in yard for your dog to explore. Otherwise, we will let your dog roam anywhere in the house! If needed, we have baby gates and are able to section off parts of our home.

I am typically at home the majority of the day, but if I am ever away I will return home for about an hour to take any guests out during lunch (12-1PM). Weekends, I am mostly free. Drop-off/pick-up can be anytime! My schedule is pretty flexible during weekends so if you need a specific time, I can make it work. I'm very accommodating. For DROP-INS: I have experience with drop-ins for dogs, cats, and fish! If you would like me to do a short walk during the 30 minute drop-in for your pup, let me know! I typically like to refresh their water, give a treat (if you allow it), and make sure they go potty! For cats, I will make sure their water & food is replenished and will clear out litter boxes! About: Hi there! I moved to Fitchburg, WI in 2024 and I’m ready to start pet walking/sitting again. For years in Denver and Boulder, CO and in Lansing, MI, I helped neighbors exercise their dogs by either walking or running them while their owners were at work. For the super active dogs (for example, those who can run 4 min miles), I took them to the park to run while I kept up on roller blades. I've adopted overweight dogs and slowly trained them up to being able to hike two 14ers in a day! I'm also happy to help with simple drop in feedings and potty breaks if need be. If you're in the midst of an especially busy period at work, injured, or going out of town, I'm happy to help out with your pets. I welcome small, big, special needs, overweight, mutts, 'bully' breeds, and everything in between-I love them all. I also have two cats so I’m happy to help check in on your feline friends too. My schedule is currently very flexible, which allows me to accommodate pet care throughout the week. I keep my Rover calendar updated regularly so that my availability is ans accurate as possible. Currently I don’t have the space to sit your dog or cat at my house but I’m happy to go check in on them at your place once or twice (or even 3x) a day as needed. I like to do meet and greets before sitting or walking your pet on my own.

About: I have a very high level of knowledge and skills of how to take care of cats of any age and ability and enjoy spending time with all kinds of cats. I have much less experience with and knowledge of dogs but I'm very familiar with the basics of feeding and walking. Friends have described me as a cat whisperer and I like to think of myself as such. Not that I might not have challenges, but I know how to meet and vibe and care for them. I have completely open availability for the next month or so as I am unemployed living with friends and trying to establish myself here. I typically like doing care between the late morning and early evening, but anything can be talked about and arranged. I enjoy spending the day alongside animals, being attentive to their needs by taking them out for long walks, providing healthy snacks and cuddles through the day, and offering a calm energy to relax energetic or otherwise anxious pets. I am confident in caring for pets across a range of personalities, and am happy both giving pets lots of attention and energy and coexisting with more introverted pets.
