About: I’ve been surrounded by and taken care of animals since I was a toddler. I grew up with all sorts of animals in the home from Guinea pigs and bunnies to dogs and birds! I’ve pet sat on occasion including dogs and cats as well as chickens and horses! I’m currently self employed and am taking on work through Rover to support my business as I’ve experienced a transition with work over the past few months. This makes me very flexible during the week and weekends. I want to provide an experience that makes you feel comfortable and your pet cared for when you aren’t able to be there. She's very easygoing, but has an attention to detail for when we had to switch from dog walks to drop-in visits instead. Given it was a hotel space, she was able to provide A+ care for Delphi given the temporary space/resources even I wasn't fully familiar with.”

About: I’ve been a dog sitter for over four years to a family that travels quite a bit! I also help my neighbors walk and feed their pets when they are gone! I also have a cat of my own in my hometown and love to spoil her!! I’m a recent UW grad in between jobs, meaning I have PLENTY of time on my hands to play with your pets!! I am super communicative and notoriously flexible schedule wise - for I want to be with your pets as much as possible!! My home offers a large open concept for your pets to frolic around! My current schedule allows me to be really good with feeding and potty schedules! I do not have a fence, but I will spend my time outside with your animals in my spacious yard and nearby walking paths and parks!

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. I grew up with a Newfoundland, walked dogs for neighbors, cared for cats for friends who travel, and even have duck and chicken sitting experience! I'm an active and positive minded person. I'm always down for a long walk, but equally love hanging on the couch with some cute pups/cats! I'm currently working on the weekends only, so I have plenty of time during the week to hang and play with your pets during the week, or in the evening on the weekends. I feel confident in maintaining your pets' safety within your home. I am attentive and will keep them within a fenced area when off leash, can crate dogs/cats when needed, and provide food, treats, medicine, etc. fit to your request/your pets' needs.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with pets of all kinds. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or your cat prefers a calm companion and plenty of cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also have years of experience with senior dogs with health issues. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I take the time to get to know what makes them happiest I am a full time student in the spring and fall and normally take summer classes but this summer am saving money and taking a summer off. I have a huge amount of availability and am willing to accommodate most schedules and dates, lengths of work etc. my routine every day is walking my dog a couple miles, school work outside of the summer, afternoon walk and weekends I take her swimming at salmo pond or Indian lake. At my home I have a fenced in back yard and I have a counter surfer and a chewer so my house is always puppy proof as no doors are left open and all food and paper is pushed back by the counter. It is a no tobacco house hold and all medication, vitamins, supplements or inside a mirror cabinet. I do not purchase chewing gum with xylitol in it ever. I have extremely reliable and will answer the phone most times and if I don’t I will call back generally within a half hour. I am not afraid to ask questions about dog care if I need to clear something up. I only let my dog meet another dog if I feel comfortable with it and trust the dogs demeanor

About: I had a Maltese poodle mix for about 14 years. He recently passed last Thanksgiving. I have experience pet sitting, cleaning up, grooming, and feeding. And I also have experience caring for older dogs. I’m currently studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I live on campus, local and my schedule is pretty open. I have availability mornings and evenings most days, and have flexible hours. I mostly offer dog walking services. And I can provide them with water and bowls as needed. I can also walk them to local parks or other locations.

About: I’ve had dogs growing up as a child. My own kids love animals and enjoy being around pets and helping care for them. We enjoy caring for neighbors pets when they go on vacation. We are a family of educators, so we have a lot of availability in the summer. During the school year, we are available most weekends. We do not have a fenced yard, but we do have 3 kids who LOVE to take dogs on walks and play with pets. We can play with your pet outside on a leash, or inside our home.

About: Hi all, my name is Alina and I’m new to Rover :). I have been a reliable dog/cat sitter for family, friends, and co-workers for a few years. I am a respectful, friendly, animal-loving soul that is free all summer to care for pets and make them feel safe and happy! I am starting medical school in the fall so I am excited to get some time with furry friends this summer. I love getting animals outside for walks and playtime. I am happy to work with pets of all ages. I am not working any particular job this summer other than pet-sitting. With this, my schedule is very flexible and I’m available just about any day of the week/weekends except a few select dates. I’m happy to work early mornings and late nights too if needed. At my client’s home, I care for pets by following their feeding routine, brushing their fur, and incorporating lots of playtime and exercise. While I haven’t been previously asked, I would also be happy to bathe pets if requested!

About: Hello my name is Annamaria! I’m about to be a junior here at UW madison pursuing a career in nursing. I am very passionate about healthcare and quality patient care but I always loved animals! I have a lot of experience with dogs and a little with cats (though I am willing to learn). I have owned my dog for 17 years. She was a smaller dog but I also have experience with larger dogs from my step dad’s pitt mix who is now a senior. In addition I have done a lot of work at PAWs Chicago. I have clocked over 150 hours of volunteer service and fostered 14 dogs/puppies and 2 kittens. With fostering I have gained experience in potty training and giving medications of all kinds. With volunteering I have done a lot of dog and cat socialization and walks. Additionally in moving to level 2 volunteering I took a dog behavior class and gained experience in how to detect and react to rough and anxious behavior in pets. I also love going on walks especially in the summer so if you have a pet thats looking for some activity I’m your girl! I have also had experience with parakeets, hamsters, and guinea pigs (it was really easy to convince my mom to get new pets). As Summer approaches and classes our ending I’m looking at a lot of open availability starting May 16 to be flexible to owners needs. In my time volunteering I have seen that animals all have different personalities that can vary situation to situation so I really want to give your animals the space and patience to get to know me on their terms. Caring for my own animals at home incudes giving them the resources, love, and enrichment they need for a fulfilling day.
