“I needed some last minute help with my senior dog, and Alissa responded back quickly and was able to help me out!! She came to meet our pets and get the layout, and helped us out almost right away! She is very kind and gentle with our Murphy and even gives our two cats some loving even though we booked her for a dog walk! As someone with OCD and anxiety, my brain and body feel comfortable and safe with Alissa taking care of our senior puppy when we aren’t at home. Looking forward to hopefully booking with her again!!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by and taken care of animals since I was a toddler. I grew up with all sorts of animals in the home from Guinea pigs and bunnies to dogs and birds! I’ve pet sat on occasion including dogs and cats as well as chickens and horses! I’m currently self employed and am taking on work through Rover to support my business as I’ve experienced a transition with work over the past few months. This makes me very flexible during the week and weekends. I want to provide an experience that makes you feel comfortable and your pet cared for when you aren’t able to be there. Creating an environment that reflects the care that you give your pets is my priority as a pet owner myself.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with pets of all kinds. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or your cat prefers a calm companion and plenty of cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also have years of experience with senior dogs with health issues. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I take the time to get to know what makes them happiest I am a full time student in the spring and fall and normally take summer classes but this summer am saving money and taking a summer off. I have a huge amount of availability and am willing to accommodate most schedules and dates, lengths of work etc. my routine every day is walking my dog a couple miles, school work outside of the summer, afternoon walk and weekends I take her swimming at salmo pond or Indian lake. At my home I have a fenced in back yard and I have a counter surfer and a chewer so my house is always puppy proof as no doors are left open and all food and paper is pushed back by the counter. It is a no tobacco house hold and all medication, vitamins, supplements or inside a mirror cabinet. I do not purchase chewing gum with xylitol in it ever. I have extremely reliable and will answer the phone most times and if I don’t I will call back generally within a half hour. I am not afraid to ask questions about dog care if I need to clear something up. I only let my dog meet another dog if I feel comfortable with it and trust the dogs demeanor

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s been caring for dogs since I was around 10 years old. I grew up around dogs, helped train my family’s pups, and have been the go-to dog sitter for family and friends for years. I’m comfortable with walks, baths, feeding routines, playtime, and making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, cuddly, or a little goofy, I’ll treat them like they’re my own :) I’m currently a graduate student finishing my final courses online this summer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I’m available by request in the mornings, afternoons, and on weekends, and I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. About: I've had cats, dogs, fish, and rodents, and would love to share my time with even more beloved pets! I worked at a vet clinic for awhile, so safety will be my number one priority. I currently volunteer with a local cat rescue. I even worked with a wildlife rehabilitation center a few years ago, so no animal would be outside my comfort zone, although I have little experience with reptiles. I work full time during the week, but will have about 45 minutes to devote to your furry friend around midday! I am flexible before and after my job, and am often available during weekend days and holidays. I will not offer boarding services, however, I am happy to schedule my time around your fur baby to ensure that they get the love and care they deserve! I am comfortable caring for (feeding, walking, brushing, etc.) and medicating (with instruction) dogs and cats, if necessary!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since high school and have over 10 years of experience with pets of all kinds. I also started training service dogs in middle school, so I’m comfortable working with different temperaments and routines. I love making pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away! I’m currently a pharmacy student, so my schedule during the school year is structured and reliable. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting around classes and study time, and I enjoy having pets as company during quieter parts of the day. During the summer, I work but still maintain availability for pet care, especially evenings, weekends, and longer stays. I care for pets in their own home where they’re most comfortable and able to stick to their normal routine. I always make sure pets feel safe, calm, and well cared for by following feeding schedules, exercise needs, medication instructions, and any house rules closely.

About: Hi all, my name is Alina and I’m new to Rover :). I have been a reliable dog/cat sitter for family, friends, and co-workers for a few years. I am a respectful, friendly, animal-loving soul that is free all summer to care for pets and make them feel safe and happy! I am starting medical school in the fall so I am excited to get some time with furry friends this summer. I love getting animals outside for walks and playtime. I am happy to work with pets of all ages. I am starting medical school at UW-Madison in the fall so I am not working any particular job this summer other than pet-sitting. With this, my schedule is very flexible and I’m available just about any day of the week/weekends except a few select dates. I’m happy to work early mornings and late nights too if needed. At my client’s home, I care for pets by following their feeding routine, brushing their fur, and incorporating lots of playtime and exercise. While I haven’t been previously asked, I would also be happy to bathe pets if requested!

About: I have been dog, baby, and house sitting since I was 10 (~13 years). I have personally had a cat and 4 dogs throughout growing up and have taken diligent and loving care of them from walks/runs, veterinary care, to lots and lots of snuggles. I'm currently a student doing predominantly online classes, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to fit pet care into the routine. I also lead a very active lifestyle taking multiple walks/jogs throughout the day that would only be enhanced with a furry companion. I live in an apartment with no other pets and I have a very clean and safe indoor living area as well and could always crate him/her if needed.

About: I’ve had dogs growing up as a child. My own kids love animals and enjoy being around pets and helping care for them. We enjoy caring for neighbors pets when they go on vacation. We are a family of educators, so we have a lot of availability in the summer. During the school year, we are available most weekends. We do not have a fenced yard, but we do have 3 kids who LOVE to take dogs on walks and play with pets. We can play with your pet outside on a leash, or inside our home.

About: I’m an incoming veterinary student and pet owner. I’ve grown up taking care of my cat and dog and love spending my time with animals. I have worked as a veterinary assistant for the past 3 years. Daily dog walks are an important part of my routine and I have a flexible schedule. I love meeting new people and animals on the island!
