About: I have years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats through personal pet ownership, animal shelter volunteering, fostering, and pet sitting for friends and family. During my undergraduate years, I spent several years volunteering at animal shelters and fostering animals with a wide range of ages, personalities, and care needs. I've cared for young puppies, kittens, adult cats, senior dogs, and older rescues who were still learning potty-training routines. Through these experiences, I've become comfortable working with shy, nervous, and anxious animals, as well as dogs who need extra patience on walks or tend to pull on the leash. I also have experience with basic puppy training, reinforcing commands, managing potty-training accidents, and caring for multiple pets at once. I'm experienced with administering both oral and injectable medications, and I understand the importance of carefully following each pet's specific care instructions. I grew up caring for my family's pug, who lived to be 15 years old, and I currently have a sweet 4 year old rescue dog. I've also fostered and cared for multiple dogs and cats in my home, so I'm familiar with managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines. One of the biggest things fostering has taught me is that every animal is different. Some pets want to play all day, while others prefer quiet company or need a little extra time to warm up. I love getting to know each pet individually and making sure they receive the attention, patience, and affection that works best for them! I'm currently a graduate student at UW-Madison, and one of the best parts of my schedule is that my lab allows me very flexible hours! This gives me plenty of freedom throughout the week to work around your pet's routine and make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. Since I'm not tied to a traditional 9 to 5 schedule, I can make time for dog walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and overnight house sitting. Whether your pup needs a midday walk, your kitten wants some extra playtime, or your furry friend just needs someone to keep them company while you're away, I'm happy to help! I also have a 4 year old rescue dog of my own, so walks, feeding, playtime, and spending quality time with animals are already part of my everyday routine. I'm available most days and am happy to coordinate around your pet's usual schedule. I know how important consistency is for animals, especially those who are younger, older, or a little anxious, and I'll do my best to keep their routine as comfortable and familiar as possible. And of course, I'll always make time for plenty of cuddles, playtime, and pictures of your little fur babies! Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities! When caring for pets in your home, I do my best to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. I'll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any special care needs. I also have experience administering oral and injectable medications and understand the importance of following the instructions provided for each pet. I live alone with my sweet 4 year old rescue dog, who gets along very well with other animals. I've also cared for multiple cats and dogs in my home before, so I understand the importance of paying attention to each pet's personality, comfort level, and boundaries. I'm mindful of keeping pets secure during walks, being attentive to their behavior, and making sure they feel comfortable in their surroundings. I also treat every client's home with care and respect. Communication is really important to me, so I'm always happy to send regular photos and updates during visits or overnight stays. About: I’ve had dogs growing up as a child. My own kids love animals and enjoy being around pets and helping care for them. We enjoy caring for neighbors pets when they go on vacation. We are a family of educators, so we have a lot of availability in the summer. During the school year, we are available most weekends. We do not have a fenced yard, but we do have 3 kids who LOVE to take dogs on walks and play with pets. We can play with your pet outside on a leash, or inside our home.

About: Hi, I'm Matt! I've been caring for cats and dogs since I was a kid. Growing up, I was the go-to kid in my neighborhood to watch after pets. I've personally raised and trained four dogs now (all rescues!) and love dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am an avid runner, biker, and nature enjoyer. I'd love the opportunity to meet more furry friends and would be honored to help you with yours. I am also set up for bathing and cleaning dogs! I am an early riser and start my day off taking care of my puppy. I live downtown and have immediate access to the commuter bike trails and can get wherever I need to be whenever I need to be there. Being that I love getting outdoors and moving around, I have my days set to same and am a moment's notice from supporting you! I firmly believe that our homes are sacred. My promise to you is that you will never know I was there. In my own home, I tidy up my dog's playthings and ensure that she always has access to food and water. I will dispose of your pet's waste in a wag bag and turn it in at a community bin to prevent your home from stinking. I understand that all dogs are different and can certainly accommodate any quirks.

I’m currently working a part-time job and have a pretty flexible class schedule! About: I’ve had pets my whole life and truly consider them part of the family. I helped raise my dog Luna from a puppy and my family has had two senior dogs—one with seizures—so I’m comfortable with everything from energetic pups to handling health issues. I also had a senior cat who I loved dearly and cared for until the very end, which taught me so much about compassion and attentiveness. As a medical student, I bring a calm, reliable presence and close attention to detail. I tailor my care to each pet’s unique needs and always strive to make them feel safe, loved, and at ease. I am a second year medical student, so while I am busy with school I hope to accept a few jobs on the side nearby to where I live. I can walk dogs, do drop in visits, and on occasion house sit depending on my school schedule. I am comfortable visiting and/or staying in a client’s home to care for their pets. During longer stays I will spend the night and be at the house as frequently as requested during the daytime.

About: I have always had pets in my home, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, horses, fish, and even guinea pigs are welcome to be booked! I like training puppies, but I have lots of experience with older furry friends as well. I am currently only working occasional soccer games, and am more than happy to drive anywhere in both the Madison and Whitewater communities! About: I have experience with a variety of pets including foster pets, energetic pets, and pets who require a trusting relationship with their caregivers. I am a second year medical student at the University of Wisconsin looking to support families and their pets with flexibility around my school schedule! About: I’ve worked/volunteered at the Humane Society for two years. I’ve watched friends dogs since I was 12 years old. Love to take dogs on walks, to the dog parks and just spend time with them. I have 2 dogs already at home so I can only watch your pets at your house. I currently work full time so pretty much work around my full time job. I’m more available in the afternoons, there are some days that i can do mornings. I treat them like my own with all the tender love and care they need. I have a fenced in backyard that the dogs love to play in.

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs. I grew up with Labrador Retrievers and have had Labs my entire life. My family currently has a 5-year-old chocolate Lab, so dogs have always been a big part of my life. Over the past two years, I have cared for more than 50 dogs, and I couldn't imagine a better hobby. Please do not hesitate to reach out, as my schedule is constantly changing and I may be able to squeeze in a stay last minute. I provide a wide variety of services for your pups. I live in a safe community right next to the capital, making it very convenient for Madison families, visiting alumni & parents, and anyone/everyone to book! My roommates have a cat, but we do not have her interact with the pups. She stays in a closed door room when I am sitting, unless you are comfortable allowing her to free roam. I allow dogs on my furniture and bed. I have a large supply of leashes, toys, water bowls, and poop bags for your pups. I do ask that you provide your favorite toy for the pup, as this will help them bring a "piece of home" to an unfamiliar place.

About: I’ve been hired by members of my community to, dog sit, walk, and accompany pups on overnight stays in the past up to 3 dogs at a time. I’m committed to caring for your pet like a member of your family! I grew up with dogs my entire life and I want to expand my personal network! Weekends free when I am in town! Expanding my dog sitting network! On quiet weekends I like take the pup(s) on neighborhood walks. Week days I work hybrid in Verona so my check in availability is limited to a close proximity to the office. With new clients I usually schedule an in person meet-up to get introduced to your pet and get to know your preferences for feeding, outdoor potty time, toys, sleeping arrangement, house sitting requests, exit and entry to your home, medications, etc. I follow written and verbal directions with care. For home check ins I will briefly check your home to make sure things are as you left them. I check your pets water supply and give them adequate snuggle or play time indoors and outdoors before leaving locking entry and exit ways.

About: I have always had a dog my whole life and they always bring me joy to my life knowing they are there own being with their own personality I am currently working around 30-40 hours a week but all my shifts are different which makes pet sitting perfect for the different timing needs I always make sure I know what the pet is doing so they are staying safe and not hurting themselves or anything else within the house, I also make sure they are having fun and getting there energy out!
