Whether in my home or a client’s home, I follow each pet’s routine closely, ensuring they feel secure and stress-free. About: I have been around animals my entire life. From growing up with dogs of all sizes (including a newfoundland mix who is over 100 pounds), a cat of my own, and care of various other pets (plenty of fish and a class lizard for a short time!), I know animal care well. I love all kinds of animals and genuinely love putting in the effort and love it takes to make sure pets are happy and healthy. Plus, as a very outdoorsy person, I love going on walks and will make sure bigger pets get the exercise they need! My pet care philosophy is centered on the idea that unique pets need unique care. I have cared for puppies who need near constant supervision and attention, big dogs who require multiple walks a day, shy pets who need a slow and gentle hand, older dogs who required medications they were determined to spit out, and more! I know your pet is unique, and I promise to deliver care specifically catered to their personality and needs. I am currently working full-time on a hybrid schedule. I am able to work from home Thursdays and Fridays, so I am able to pet sit for extended weekends. I have a cat of my own, so I am unable to host your animal in my home, but I am willing to housesit and drop-in for visits! As I am unable to host your animal in my house, I will make sure your pet still feels at home when you are gone while staying in their own space. I know it can be daunting to allow a care giver in your space, but I promise to respect your home while respecting your animal.
