I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone needing cat care.”

About: I’ve been connected to animals from a very young age! I’ve always gravitated towards dogs among people and love playing with them and keeping them active. I’ve walked my own dog, Pearl, multiple times a week when I lived at home and dog sit several dogs throughout my time. I love giving animals extra love and a great experience. I currently have free time this summer before I leave for grad school at UPenn! My schedule is very flexible and willing to work sporadically or consistently with pets! I’m good with walking dogs with whatever routine works best for them! I’m highly adaptable and ensure that pets are both have funny and being safe.
About: I have been caring for dogs since 2013, starting when I was just 9 years old! In 2010, we rescued our first dog, Belle, a rat terrier. In 2021, we adopted another senior dog, Destiny, a miniature poodle, to keep Belle company. Sadly, they both passed away due to old age in 2024. The following summer, my family and I realized how incomplete our lives felt without dogs, so we decide to rescue two more senior dogs, Beanie and Pam! I am heartbroken to say Pam passed away May 17, 2026. My family believes that senior dogs are often overlooked and forgotten, but I love dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I look forward to the opportunity to take care of your furry friend! I will be taking asynchronous summer classes starting in mid-June. I’m hoping to start working as a PCW twice a week. I’m also waiting to hear back from research/phlebotomy positions. However, as of now, I am completely free all day every day! Studio apartment! Can take outside for walks etc. I want to ensure I’m home the whole time since it will be a new environment! Thank you for considering me as your dog sitter! I look forward to the opportunity to care for your furry friend.
“Alexandria was amazing she went above and beyond for our family while out of town. My dog Indy looks forward to her visits and she took care of my hens too. Amazing.”

“Karly was wonderful. It was our first time away from our kitties and such a relief to know that they were in attentive and caring hands. Karly was super reliable and helpful, and kept us updated. Would definitely recommend her as a sitter.”

“Sarah and her family took great care of our two cats. When we arrived home from an overseas trip, they were happy and healthy and acted like we never left. Thanks so much to you and your children for taking excellent care of our cats!”

“Appreciate Ellena's help with my dogs, one who has special needs and one who is very anxious. She takes them for nice long walks each day, is attentive to their needs, and is a great communicator.”

“Jen is the best. She was so good with both of our dogs and were very comfortable with the arrangement. We got great photos and detailed updates which was very appreciated! We hope we can work together in the future with Honeybea and Rosie!”

Madison cat parents share their Rover experiences
Seanna was a consummate professional. She was nice, she was friendly, she took care to play with my cat, sure, but I was most impressed by how thoughtful and reasonable she was. She knew when to just solve the problem herself, tell me what she did, explain her thinking, and move on, and she knew when to ask me what to do, first. That is such a gift when you’re gone for almost two weeks. I felt no stress knowing that Seanna was here taking care of my cat while I was gone.

Mary is wonderful! We hired her to check on our cat, Kirree, last minute before going out of town for a weekend, and Mary was responsive, trustworthy, and enthusiastic. She shared clear and descriptive updates and pictures from her visits with Kirree. She seems to have a way with cats and Kirree was thrilled to see her. I will definitely hire Mary again.

Sarah was amazing with my cat Oliver! It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands while I was away. She kept me updated, took great care of him, and somehow left my apartment even cleaner than I had left it. I came home to a very happy cat and a spotless home!!

Working with Abigail has been incredible. Her attention to detail, compassion and communication has made being away from our cat for the weekend the least stressful possible! I would highly recommend her to anyone especially if you are super anxious about leaving your pet like me!!

Alissa was wonderful as always! I’ve booked with Alissa a few times now, and she goes above and beyond with all the pictures she sends and very detailed updates after each visit. She’s helped clean up after accidents and keep my cats from getting into any mischief.

Eleyna is truly wonderful to work with, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! She's taken care of my cat Oliver before, so I already knew he was in excellent hands. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and communicative, and always kept me updated, which I really appreciated. She took such great care of Oliver and clearly paid close attention to his needs and routine. I came home to a spotless home, which was such a lovely bonus after traveling. I would love to work with her again anytime!

Sierra left such cute notes and pictures and was very thorough with her care of our animals! I am definitely a nervous pet parent but my dog and cat did so well and I felt so comfortable with them in her care. And her prices are great!! But that’s just icing on the cake.

Lily took great care of my cats and was extremely patient in attempting to give one of them her medication. She even came back an additional time one day to try again, which I really appreciated. My cats were well cared for, and it was clear she genuinely wanted to do a good job. There was one day when I had to reach out to confirm she had stopped by, and she apologized, explaining that her phone had died during the visit. Overall, I appreciated her effort, reliability, and care for my pets!
