About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was old enough to know what a pet was, whether it’s my own, a neighbor’s, or a friend/family member’s. I love animals, and am considering going into vet work! I have experience with both puppies/kittens and seniors as well :). I can walk, feed, give meds, and do anything you need! About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was around 5 years old. I grew up in the country in Texas and at one point we had around 20 cats and 9 dogs. We took care of the strays that made their way onto our property, and sometimes adopted from shelters and random people. I was taught love and compassion for animals since I was a young child. I continue to embrace the kindness I have in my heart for animals everyday. I’m usually available most of the time, as I don’t have any full time work to tend to. I also do not celebrate holidays which can benefit pet owners very much because they can count on me being available as long as I have not already booked with someone else. I would be wonderful to your pup insuring they get enough potty breaks, walks if you would like, maybe the dog park upon your approval, and even car rides if you’d like! I offer complimentary treats.. I keep some in my home. And of course I would get them approved by my client first. For cats in my clients home, I would do the same things. I would also insure the cat box is clean, and lots of play time if that’s what the kitty likes :-)

Haley went above and beyond what I expected for my visits! I reached out 2 days before and booked the day before, but she responded quickly and was willing to take my cats on sight-unseen. The cats took to her quicker than they have previous sitters, and she provided clear updates. She even replenished some treats that ran out and did some additional sweeping around my apartment on the last day, which made things that much easier for me when I returned!
This is our second time booking with Vanessa and we are 100% sure there will be more in the future. Finn our cat is obviously smitten with her because he doesn’t pose for pictures for just anyone, much less even hang out within picture proximity with most strangers. She’s no stranger anymore and it really does show. Always feel totally at ease when he’s in her care.
River was really great! We had a bad experience with a previous sitter (not on Rover), so we were a bit nervous. But he did really great. Always had fast responses, easy to arrange meetings for keys and whatnot, very friendly, seemed really caring and knowledgeable, kept their litter clean and water full, tried his best to get acquainted with them even though they’re pretty shy. Really no complaints. Would definitely recommend!
