She scheduled a meet and greet so she could meet our kitties and had a long list of questions that covered everything on their daily routines, from medications to food, to treats, toys, personalities, etc. She also made sure to ask if there was anything she could help with while house sitting like picking up mail, watering plants, etc. She kept us updated at all times and sent us daily pictures. In addition, she did a great job handling the (kind of complicated) medication routine for one of our cats. Our kitties had a lot of play time while we were away and most importantly, they were very relaxed when we got home, which has not always been the case when we travel. MP was responsive, responsible, and reliable, and we are really glad we found her!”
