This is the first time in the last six years we did not have someone come in to the home. The pictures showed a relaxed, happy dog and her tail and ears were high when I arrived to pick her up. About: I grew up on a farm, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had experience with animals of all kinds and learned early on that every animal has their own personality, needs, and quirks! Whether your dog needs a long walk, some extra playtime, medication reminders, or just someone to keep them company, I’m happy to help. I’m also comfortable with puppies, energetic dogs, and senior pets who may need a little extra patience and attention. Most importantly, I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and keep you updated while you’re away. I work from home, so I have a flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Also at my fiance’s flower shop pets are welcome, so I’m often around animals even when I’m not at home. About: I’ve worked with dogs through volunteering at animal shelters for over 12 years. I have experience fostering dogs of all ages, and I am Fear Free certified. I don’t have a dog myself yet, so I’ll love and care for your pup as though they are my own! I work full-time, so I am outside of the home 8+ hours on weekdays. I can provide care in the morning before work and in the evening after work, and on weekends. I am available most holidays as well. I make sure to earn the trust of every animal I work with, which includes respecting their boundaries as we are getting to know each other. Recently moved here- I work from home majority of the day as a full time photographer, so I have lots of flexibility to walk dogs when other owners are at work which seems to be really nice! It is important for me to carefully follow all the instructions concerning their feeding schedule, treatment, taking medication, and other specific care. It goes without saying that I make sure that the pets receive proper meals and have clean water to drink. I also try to keep the house as clean as possible, including litter boxes for cats and any messes that may occur. I also observe the pets to ensure everything seems normal and they’re healthy. I believe that building trust with both pets and owners is essential, I’ll always provide them with updates and photographs about the current condition of the pets. About: I have a dog of my own and I’ve done boarding, drop ins and walks before. I’ve grown up with dogs in the house and have watched family friends dogs numerous amounts of times. I currently work full time (8-4:30) during the week, but can do evenings on week days and any time during weekends! I am very flexible and can make anything work! I can abide by whatever schedules/routines you have in place. If your dog likes to socialize, my dog would be a great buddy! I understand dogs need to follow certain rules and need to be let out/fed in a timely manner.
