Animal lover with foster experience
A life-long animal lover, I grew up training our large family dogs in agility and obedience in 4-H (with the ribbons to prove it). As a child and teenager, I had a corner on the pet sitting market in my neighborhood. More recently, I've cared for friends' dogs and cats for up to a week at a time. I'm a trained foster with the Dane County Humane Society and have taken in multiple sets of kittens, some with medication needs. I'm a hybrid worker with a flexible schedule. Apartment living means I can't have a dog or cat of my own, but I've been missing having them around and would love to give yours some love.

Beatrice was an excellent pet sitter! She was very communicative and provided great updates for me about my cat, Meeko, while I was away. He can take a while to warm up to new people but he seemed to take to her right away.

Dougal clearly loved his time with Beatrice. He was very calm and happy when I picked him up. She was great in caring for him while I was away, and even took him on a run. I am going to rebook with her and recommend her as a sitter.
My pups loved Beatrice during her drop-in visits throughout the week! She provided great pictures of both of them which let me knew that my dogs were well taken care of while I was busy at work. Thank you so much! I will definitely book her again for other dates! :)
Beatrice did a great job watching over Chopa :) She sent messages and pictures to provide updates during the boarding which was great! I would definitely reach out to her again when we need boarding service again

Safety, trust & environment
I'm happy to check in with you regularly about your pets and send photos of us playing and spending time together! Please let me know if they have beef with other animals/people in the neighborhood or sensitivities like resource guarding, etc. For safety, I would prefer not to take them to a dog park unless they are extremely good with other dogs.
A typical day
I love exploring the outdoors, so going on special walks or hikes with your dog is a favorite activity! Pheasant Branch is a particularly good spot. I’m very active, so if your dog likes going on runs or bike rides we can do that together. If they like the water, I’d be happy to take them for a swim at a creek or a dog-friendly beach. And if you’d like me to work on some obedience with them, that’s always a project I’m willing to take on! Of course, I’m always down to play fetch, tug, or hide-and-seek. And if you’ve got a lazy one, cuddling on the couch is always an option.

- Please let me know if your pet has any behavioral concerns, especially any issues with house training or marking (however intermittent they may be). I live in a small apartment, so please also let me know if your dog has a tendency to bark when they’re alone.
