She always sends us lots of pictures and is consistently communicative and friendly. When my wife and I had to go out-of-town for a family emergency, she was super flexible and was able to step in last minute to take care of our pets. She has a calming and confident demeanor, and it's quite clear that not only does she genuinely love working with animals, but she also has a gift for it. 11/10, we hope to be able to work with her for a long time!”

“Natalie was wonderful to work with. She watched our two dogs (one being a very active puppy) and cat. She followed all of our instructions to a T which made the transition for the animals so easy.
