Highly-rated overnight sitters - Marquette
“Jessica was wonderful and super friendly. My dog Bell stayed for a few days and we got the cutest picture updates. Her dogs are so well behaved and Bell was so happy she had friends to vacation with. She came home and slept the rest of the night! Would book again and will recommend her to others!”

“Margaret was beyond sweet and accommodating, she took excellent care of my senior pup and gave her plenty of attention, care, and exceptional feedback. We’re new to the area and will only book with her, she's earned a trusted client. Highly recommend Margaret for any pet sitting needs!”

“Edith was great with our puppy Artemis! We were able to meet beforehand for a short notice meet and greet before the holidays. Artemis got along really well with her two dogs and it seemed like he was having a lot of fun throughout the day- he came back exhausted and happy to see us after a couple of weeks, but we could tell that he was well taken care of. Edith sent frequent picture updates, and we felt like he was in good hands the whole time. I would definitely book Artemis here again in the future!”

“Stephanie was great! She was easy to work with, took fantastic care of our pup. Our girl wasn't sure she wanted to leave. She sent lots of pictures and provided a fun and active environment. Would highly recommend!”

“Mary and her family were absolutely wonderful sitters for Grizzy! They took great care of him during a cold snap, making sure he was warm and comfortable. Mary sent wonderful updates and absolutely adorable pictures, and I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Suellen did a super job keeping our mini poodle happy and safe while we were gone on a long, long trip. Her dogs Mia and Wes tolerated our busy guy so well, and we got regular updates from Suellen of walks and backyard play. We so appreciate that Tuck came home as himself, silly and obsessive, not the stressed out guy he has been before when we’ve done kennel stays. Thanks!”

“Olivia was great with our senior dog. She was very responsive throughout the process, sending daily updates, which we loved receiving. I highly recommend her and will be reaching out again when I'm in need.”

“Simba was very happy spending time with Alicia. She took pictures and sent me updates frequently. Defiantly recommend her and will have her watch Simba again 😃”

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. My family growing up never had less than 3 pets at a time so I've grown up loving and rescuing animals including taking care of outdoor feral cats, stray dogs, etc. I currently have two cats of my own and hope to have more in the future at the very least by fostering :) Besides when working my 9/5 or rover I spend most of my free time with my cats. I also keep a cat crate and food in my car in case I ever see any stray cats and I have a humane trap at home. I have raised puppies and kittens from 2 months old and have had elderly pets that have lived to be 19 years old so I have experience with lots of pets of different ages, breeds, and personality types. I've taken care of upwards of 7 cats all in the same household so I am also experienced with caring for multiple pets including households with multiple cats and also dogs. I also have experience to varying degrees with deer, rabbits, horses, chickens, quail, and fish. I think pets are family and best friends and I am excited to meet yours and give them lots of love and attention I may be wearing a mask - don’t worry I’m not sick I am very immunocompromised so I mask around strangers just as an extra precaution so I don’t get sick For daycare or boarding for dogs I would prefer they are cat friendly but accommodations can be made for sure! Currrntl due to my job I can’t do morning drop ins or walks during the work week but can on weekends and can still do boardings. There are some afternoons where I occasionally have avilability and my availability is subject to change so please feel free to still message to ask :) I still do have lots of weekend free time too :) I’m happy to watch multi pet house holds and do daycare for multiple dogs if you have more than one! During meet ups I may be wearing a mask - don’t worry I’m not sick I am very immunocompromised so I mask around strangers just as an extra precaution so I don’t get sick In my own household I would provide them with their own toys, food and water bowls, and take them for lots of walks if applicable. My pets and any animals here are allowed to be on the furniture like the couches and bed but I usually put a blanket and a small bed on the ground in case some babies feel more comfy with that. I am more than happy to also crate them!
“Hannah and family were amazing! It was clear from the pictures she shared that they felt safe and happy while we were away. Hannah sent lots of pictures and was so easy to communicate with. We already have another reservation booked with her!!”

“Bentley had a great time with you both! Thanks for taking such good care of our baby! We REALLY appreciated the pictures you sent while he was with you, too! We will absolutely book with you again.”

“Our dog stayed with Kaycee and her family for 10 days, and we had a wonderful experience. She sent me photos every day, and they took him for walks even though they have a fenced backyard. The kids in the family gave Swift lots of attention, and he played with their family dog. Very sweet family — I highly recommend them for dog boarding.”

“Fabulous! Mack gave her 4 paws up and he would have given her more but he only has 4 paws. He has been online trying one to buy me more airline trips so he can go back to Steph and live the good life. Can’t praise her enough. Deb Spencley”

“Katherine was exceptional with Martin and Korra! She spent a significant amount of time with them, making sure they got plenty of playtime and attention. We had total peace of mind knowing she was looking after them while we were away. I highly recommend Katherine to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring sitter. 5 stars!”

“Nasimul was great with my cats, as always! He helped out with a last minute request on a bitterly cold weekend - it was nice to know my kitties were safe, fed, and entertained.”

“Vanessa was our first experience bringing someone in (other than a close family or friend) to feed and hang out with Finn. We honestly expected him to hide under the bed the whole time she was here, but he warmed up to her immediately, even showed his belly within the first 15 minutes! (per the pictures that Vanessa kindly sent us). We are so relieved and also excited to have re-hired her for the upcoming holiday weekend.”

“What an excellent job by Brittany! My cat seemed happy and at peace in all of her photos, and so relaxed and clearly well cared for when I came home 🥰 10/10 will book with her again, and highly recommend doing so for anyone considering!”

“Keely was great. Good communication and took wonderful pics of my cats during her visits while making sure everything was in order. Couldn’t have gone any smoother.”

“Joan has done a wonderful job taking care of our two cats all the times we’ve hired her! She is thorough and attentive and has even managed to coax our extremely shy cat out of hiding. Highly recommend Joan!”

“Alyssa was amazing! She responds very quickly, took so many cute pictures every day that I was gone, and made sure my cats were well taken care of. My two cats were in great hands and I would definitely book her again!”

“Anna took great care of our kitties! We have two nervous boy kitties, and she was very gentle with them and made sure they were okay, and she sent pics at each visit (which we looked forward to every time!!) Thank you so much Anna!”

“Regina was a wonderful pet sitter! She played with my three energetic cats and kept me up to date on anything that seemed amiss. They took to her right away, even though one was still jittery from a recent move. I would definitely book with her again!”

“Kali is such a wonderful sitter. We feel completely at ease when we’re away and have her checking in on our cats. She’s managed to make our shy kitty into a social butterfly and is incredibly responsible and detail-oriented. Can’t say enough good things about her!!!”

“Jen is incredibly kind, thorough, and communicative! Having a kitty with medical needs can make traveling feel stressful, but Jen really put us at ease with her ability to administer medication. We will happily schedule with her in the future!”

About: I’ve been taking care of my dog for around 6 years now and my aunts dog periodically from time to time. I absolutely love pets, especially dogs, and I’d say they love me. I consider myself to be very patient and accommodating so I’d love to take the time to know your pet and care for them to the best of my ability! I’m working M-F from 9-5 so other than that I’ll have plenty of time to walk and take care of your pets! I’m also super flexible and would love to talk and make things work! Unfortunately, I do not offer in home services as I am living in an apartment, but I am more than happy to commute to your home and help out from there!

“Alissa was wonderful as always! I’ve booked with Alissa a few times now, and she goes above and beyond with all the pictures she sends and very detailed updates after each visit. She’s helped clean up after accidents and keep my cats from getting into any mischief.”

About: I’ve had cats in my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been helping care for them since I was 10 years old. From feeding and grooming to playtime and snuggles, caring for cats has always come naturally to me. I’m experienced with administering medications, including pills and topical treatments, and I understand the importance of gentle, stress-free handling. Whether your cat is playful or prefers quiet companionship, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home.
“Lydia did a great job dropping in to take care of my cat. She had to give pills, kept me updated well, and sent pictures every time! My cat seemed happy when I returned and the house was well taken care of. Would hire again!”

“Megan was absolutely stellar! Her updates were incredibly thorough and she sent lots of pictures of all the pets, including the aquatic ones. Our kitty adored her, and it really made me feel safe to leave the pets knowing that she was there. Megan is a great sitter and I am really looking forward to booking with her again.”

About: I have owned cats my entire life! This ranges from adopted shelter cats to feral farm cats. I have cared for cats on diets, in need of medication, and am willing to learn anything to care for your cat in the way they need.
“Keezieng's assistance was a lifesaver this holiday season. His politeness and kindness when meeting us and our cat Olivia was reassuring and he did a great job of updating us during his visits while we were away. We’re so grateful for the excellent care provided!”

“Nate was a great caretaker to our 2 cats. He came over and took notes on the care of our pets, where things were kept and food/water care, and really assured us before we left that he would take care of our pets. Nate checked in every day with photos and updates on our cats condition. We had a great experience and would definitely book with him again. Thanks Nate!”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Marquette
“Cynthia’s pupdates are THE BEST! I look forward to her primo photos & pupdates every time. My pup Popsicle gets so excited when she sees Cynthia. Hands-down the most thoughtful, caring pup-sitter that I have encountered. ✨”

“My little Westie loves Suellen and her two sweet dogs. They treat her like one of their own. It's great for me to be able to drop her off for the day, knowing she'll have fun and be safe.”

“Our 2 year old Norfolk Terrier Finn recently spent the day with Robert and had a fabulous time! Lots of walks for Finn and pictures sent to us during the day. I had great piece of mind knowing that Finn was well cared for by Robert, who is great with dogs (as well as people too)! I would have Finn stay with Robert again for sure!”

“Wolfy had such a great day with Mary and her family. He can back very happy, and Mary sent several lovely photos of his time. Mary was also flexible with me when my plans changed after booking, which was so appreciated.”
About: I've had dogs ever since I was a little kid and would do anything for them. I've also worked with dogs for the past 2 years. I have a Rat Terrier of my own and will make sure to treat your dog like they're my own. I’m used to all kinds of dogs whether it be age, energy level, or condition as I’ve had a mix of all at my job and growing up! I'm a student with lots of breaks between my classes meaning I’m usually only gone for less than two hours and I have lots of free time on the weekends. Max I’ll be gone is four hours, but that rarely happens. My dog is very friendly and energetic, but also knows when a dog doesn’t want to play. She’s very silly and loves to sleep! I live near the lake and can take your dog out often as there’s a nice trail along the lake and campus is pedestrian friendly. I live in an apartment, so I’m looking to host dogs who are comfortable in a quieter environment. Since I share walls with neighbors, I’m best suited for dogs who aren’t big barkers. That being said, I love dogs with a personality! A little energy and playfulness is totally welcome, I just ask that barking is kept to a minimum. Dogs are allowed to free roam around the apartment whether I’m with them or gone. If your puppy has energy to burn but knows when to settle down, we’ll get along great! In your own home I will take on any type of dog with any energy level! I will make sure to care for your dog while you are away just as you care for them while you’re in your house. A dogs safety and their comfort are a top priority for me! I also have a fenced in patio with dog grass if your pup needs a quick potty break!

“Kayla and Lorelei are conscientious, kind dog lovers which are the cornerstones of what I look for in dog boarding. But just as important, they understand the importance of daily activity and provide regular trips to dog parks where my dog can exercise off leash. Thank you!”
“We are looking to find someone to board Ollie with for weekends. To start him out slow (he has separation anxiety), we had a Meet and Greet, a short (3hr) stay and later, a full day stay. Julie was clear that her dog Zilla's comfort with Ollie was a priority, which I fully support. I won't want to trust my dog to someone who isn't looking out for ALL the dogs involved. Julie was very responsive with messages, showed us around her home and yard and was generally very calm and patient. While the dogs didn't end up getting along well enough for this to work out long term, Ollie warmed up to Julie and was definitely as calm as I've seen him after being left.”

“Grace was great to work with! She was very quick to respond and provided me with the peace of mind that my dog was well taken care of. Highly recommend Grace to anyone in the Madison area!”

“Manuela was great with our dog and I know our dog loved spending time with her! I was nervous to leave our dog with a new person at first, but Manuela met us beforehand and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend Manuela to anyone looking for care for their pet! She treats pets as if they were her own!”

“Briana is such a kind and empathetic individual! Although my doggy day care was last minute, I felt reassured that Semi was in good hands. Truly someone you can trust with your pups!”

“Ben was phenomenal - helped us out in a pinch to provide fun and stimulating daycare for our puppy. Super professional, great at providing the right amount of stimulation/rest/play for our pup, and very communicative. 10/10 will definitely be bringing our boy to Ben again!!!”

About: I work remotely and have a fenced in yard so I’m able to look after and hang out with your dog throughout the day. My dog, Milo, is a pup who is the chillest pup I’ve ever met but also loves to play with other dogs and say hi to strangers. I make an effort to make sure owners pets stick to their schedules and I enjoy the active time with them too. I work from home allowing me to watch over pets throughout the day and ensure they have enough outside time and whatever else they may need. I try to stick to owners house rules and routines. I’m an early bird allowing for morning time to get energy out and for pets to start their day with me.
About: I love dogs and have adopted two senior dogs in the past. I am experienced in taking care of senior dogs that need a quiet environment and extra attention as well puppies that have lots of energy and need activity, exercise, and routine. And everything in between! I’ve taken care of my own animals and have dogsat, walked, and cared for my friends and neighbors’ pets. I am a graduate student! I absolutely love being outside in any weather and am happy to make sure your pets enjoy their walks and playtime year-round. I am here to take care of your pets in your home or take them on walks and/or to park. I am happy to crate your pet, if needed, and ensure that they are safely leashed for all outdoor walks and play time.
About: I have been caring for dogs since 2013, starting when I was just 9 years old! In 2010, we rescued our first dog, Belle, a rat terrier. In 2021, we adopted another senior dog, Destiny, a miniature poodle, to keep Belle company. Sadly, they both passed away due to old age in 2024. The following summer, my family and I realized how incomplete our lives felt without dogs, so we decide to rescue two more senior dogs, Beanie and Pam! I am heartbroken to say Pam passed away May 17, 2026. My family believes that senior dogs are often overlooked and forgotten, but I love dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I look forward to the opportunity to take care of your furry friend! I will be taking asynchronous summer classes starting in mid-June. I’m hoping to start working as a PCW twice a week. I’m also waiting to hear back from research/phlebotomy positions. However, as of now, I am completely free all day every day! Studio apartment! Can take outside for walks etc. I want to ensure I’m home the whole time since it will be a new environment! Thank you for considering me as your dog sitter! I look forward to the opportunity to care for your furry friend.
“Edith is your dream sitter. She posts daily photos and updates of your pet. She obviously loves what she does. She is a lovely soul and my Mimi, who can be shy, had her tail up in the photos which made me feel reassured that she was in a safe, loving environment.”

Adventure-ready dog walkers - Marquette

About: I've been the neighborhood pet sitter since I was in 5th grade, taking care of cats and dogs of all ages and sizes! Additionally, my experience handling horses makes me confident in my ability to handle and walk any dog. I have loved animals all my life and would love to spend some time with yours! This summer I am a part-time student, and would love to spend my free time being active or cozy with your cat or dog! My classes are online, so I don't have a set schedule, and can be extremely flexible. I am comfortable performing any task your animal may need in your home! I will always respect your space, and hope to leave it better than I found it. My main goal is to keep your pet happy and safe!
“Kali was great! She came ready and prepared. You can tell that she has been around dogs and is a natural. Mario fell in love with her instantly. I would hire Kali again in a heart beat!”

“Very satisfied and happy thus far with Nate's care of our puppy. He's been extremely responsive to communication, prompt and timely for scheduled walks, sends fun photos during their time together, and our puppy seems to have taken very well to him. I would have no hesitations recommending him to friends or family!”

About: Growing up, I adored the family cat and dog, and was responsible for their care throughout my teen years. Cuddles and Fidget were a bonded pair who lived long, happy lives and passed within months of each other in 2020 while I was in lockdown abroad (I’m so not over it). As an adult renter, circumstances have not yet allowed me to have a dog or cat of my own. I turned to pet sitting as a way to continue connecting with these precious creatures who have so much to teach us about stillness, acceptance and the art of living in the moment. I also love reptile friends such as snakes and geckos! My work as an artist allows me great scheduling flexibility. This gives me the freedom to check in on your pets as often as they need, and keep them company throughout the day and night. Your pets are my top priority when they are in my care. I watch pets in their own home where they feel safest and can continue their routines as uninterrupted as possible during their primary caregivers absence. I talk to them and interact with them like they are my close friends - they get to know all my secrets! Having written instructions to refer back to during the stay, which are discussed beforehand with an opportunity for questions and clarification, is extremely helpful in understanding how to provide the best care possible. Let’s schedule a time to meet and help me understand what your pet’s needs, temperament and routines are!
“Lizzi was very responsive and flexible when I reached out and prompt and easy to chat with when she came by. Layla then got to go for her first walk with Lizzi which was a satisfyingly long one around the neighborhood for her. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Lizzi; we booked our next walk right away!”

“Patrycja was a fantastic and professional caretaker for our dog Theo. Patrycja went above and beyond our expectations to give Theo great care and exercise, and did so consistently until we moved to a neighborhood.”

About: I am a dog, cat and pet lover. I will stop 10/10 times to pet a dog and learn about him or her. At the local park, I know most of the dogs by their names and ironically, few of the owners haha. I would love the opportunity to spend time with someone's best friend and help out! I am very attentive, detail oriented and careful with animals. I also know animals are more than "pets" they are just like family. I would be honored to help take care of someone's best friend for a few hours or days to help out. I offer a safe, secure space for someones pet as well as close access to a park and outdoor space. I am available for walks as well as for visits or assistance on Fridays and most weekends. I believe dogs help people just as much as people help dogs! I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to accommodate pet parents and their schedules as needed. I am able to offer short or longer walks, pet sitting and other services as needed. In my home, I have a clear open space and am able to spend close time with my clients pets while they are in my care. We are just a short distance to a small park with plenty of outside walking options. We can sit and watch tv, play catch, or take naps.
About: I’m an incoming veterinary student and pet owner. I’ve grown up taking care of my cat and dog and love spending my time with animals. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and am an active person. I also keep my dog leashed and am amenable to dog’s specific needs.
“Ernst is super friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. We have 70 lbs adolescent pup who has a lot of energy to give. Ernst is great at keeping our pup in line. I already notice an improvement in our pet’s loose leash walking!”

“Kaelyn was great! I was in town for a client-related travel/staying at a hotel and she was flexible for my one-off request and day-of tweaks. She's very easygoing, but has an attention to detail for when we had to switch from dog walks to drop-in visits instead. Given it was a hotel space, she was able to provide A+ care for Delphi given the temporary space/resources even I wasn't fully familiar with.”

About: I have experience from dogs, cats, chickens, to reptiles since I was a kid. Definitely know how to be friendly to animals, read body language, and adapt. I routinely pet-sit my elderly neighbor’s tabby, my friend’s tortoiseshell cat and cocker spaniel, my boyfriend’s black lab, and my cousin’s scottish folds. I have been continuously contacted to play, walk, feed, and poop-scoop their pets and enjoy each others company. I am a recent graduate taking a gap year so my schedule is flexible. Plenty of time to play and take care of your pets. I follow and respect all given instructions. I also make it a point to reach out whenever there are concerns or to send some updates/pictures. I genuinely care about the well-being of your pets and respecting your time.
About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, chinchillas, and more since I was 8 years old (including my childhood dog that’s 16 and still kicking!!) I’ve wrapped up my full time job and waiting for grad school to begin in August. Plenty of availability during the weekdays and nights - just ask! I have doors on all the rooms so that pets can roam safely inside my home. Floors are easily cleanable and there is an outdoor space and many parks nearby.
About: Hello, my name is Jackie! I’m a student athlete at UW- Madison. I want a dog very badly but not sure what my post college plans are yet. So I will fill the void with your pet! I’m fine with dogs of all sizes and can take them on as many walks or runs as needed. I’ve had experience with dogs and cats at home. I’m very comfortable with animals and know how to train them as well. I currently take my friends dog out for walks every morning and night but they are graduating this fall so no more puppy in my life. Honestly, letting me walk or watch your dog will be more beneficial for me. They boost my moral by a thousand percent.

“Our 2 dogs stayed at Sarah's for about a week earlier this month. The stay was great! We got daily updates, including photos and videos. They have a fantastic large fenced in yard where they could safety run and play. They had lots of playtime, but also lots of snuggles and love. They were both clearly enjoying their own vacation at Sarah's while we were gone on ours. It was so refreshing to know they were so well cared for while we were away- we have already rebooked them for our next trip!”

“Juan has great! He and his son were very attentive with our dog. We were sent pictures throughout the day, and given updates about how our boy was doing! He has very high anxiety with strangers, and he had no problem calming down and napping with this family! When booking, we were told another dog would also be in Juan's care. He made sure that was okay with us, and went above and beyond to make sure our dogs never crossed paths (as we don't know if our dog is good with others yet) If you need a sitter, Juan is a great option! Very flexible, kind, and an overall great influence on your furry friend!”

“Manu did a great job taking care of Ollie for the first time over the weekend AND did a great job making sure I knew how things were going - updates, lots and lots of cute pictures and a video! She clearly has a lot of experience and loves getting to know a new dog and making them feel at home. Hopefully Ollie can go hang out again!”

“Jesse was great! He provided boarding for our dog. He responded quickly to my request for booking, we met the next morning at a dog park so my dog could get to know his dog, and he was very flexible with scheduling drop off and pick up. He sent us a bunch of pictures and videos of our dog while we were away. I would certainly recommend Jesse if you're looking for help taking care of your dog.”
“Such a treat to have Duane & Lauren take care of my pup, Rapha while I was away. They are very responsive and attentive to the needs of both owner and doggie. Thank you!”
