“Genevieve was great! She came over before our trip to meet our pup and learn about his quirks and things to know about our house. She left our house in great condition and our dog was well taken care of. Our dog is reactive so we are always a bit nervous leaving him with new people but Genevieve seemed to do a great job with him and checked in with us daily to give an update. Already have her booked for our next trip!”

Sara was very understanding and attentive as I went through what Iris needed, how her demeanor is, and all of the in-between. She handled all of our dog’s medication, feeding, and walking, and took her into daycare on the days where she needed a little more exercise. She shared daily updates, was super responsive, and when we needed to make a last-minute change during our trip, she was supportive, and did what she could to make things as easy as possible when we returned.
