“Joshua was fantastic from the start! He took such great care of Millie & Hope and provided daily updates. The house was spotless after a week of being gone & the dogs were very happy!! Would certainly recommend Joshua and will definitely use him again in the future!”
“Robert was a great sitter, to the point where I immediately booked him for another day when I need to be out of town. He doted on my dog, played with her, and made sure to keep me updated day-to-day. I felt very confident leaving Gemma with him.”

“We had Tina meet our dogs to make sure she would want to do it. We have a needy Bulldog and a protective Mix. By the time Tina left our house, the dogs were great with her. She sent pictures and updates on the dogs daily and everything they were bothering her with, they bother our family with when were home. So we knew the dogs were comfortable. We will definitely seek out Tina in the future.”

“Cassandra was awesome - took great care of both my dog and cat, and the highest compliment I can give her is that she is incredibly kind, and normal (lol) which is exactly what you want in a pet/house sitter! Will definitely use again :)”
“Kaitlyn accommodated a last minute request for us, which really helped us out. She did an amazing job with our energetic puppy, he was happy and well taken care of. Our house was in left great shape. Would love to use her services again.”

“I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Elizabeth. She was so diligent about following Gus's routine, so great about keeping us updated on how things were going, and above all SO kind and understanding of our pups needs as a spicy/reactive dog. She left me completely at ease and able to relax on our trip. I am so glad we've found her and that our baby has someone he will not just be comfortable with, but excited to spend time with while we are gone!”

“We have used so many dog sitters over the last ten years in the various places we’ve lived, and none of them have had to deal with even half the things Mary had to manage during her few days staying with Pax. In the very first day after we left, Pax was experiencing lots of GI symptoms which led to a lot of cleaning up after him. He also threw up his medications, leading to him having seizures. Mary was so communicative, patient, and calm throughout all of it. Last but not least, she also alerted us right away when our upstairs neighbors hit a pipe, causing a flood in our apartment. She helped to move things around in our apartment, tried to do what she could to protect our things, and was able to wait with Pax while we figured out other arrangements. Mary is truly an angel and we are so thankful she was there with Pax through all of that. We only hope that the experience didn’t scar her for life and we’ll be able to see her again!”

“We were very pleased with Karina house sitting for us! She asks about specific commands, dietary needs, and preferences of our dog, which was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. She also provides detailed updates and appears to really adore and read pup personalities well. We would highly recommend Karina and will definitely reach out to her again!”

“It was so nice to know we had a reliable, kind and experienced pet sitter! Amy took care of our two dogs, cat, and gecko and sent great pictures during her stay. We were lucky to have her!”

“Ashley was wonderful - came all the way to us for a meet and greet and gave good vibes right away. Before our event, she came on time and provided updates and we felt very reassured. Our pup also loved her right away. Would recommend!”

About: I have experience with all kinds of personalities—from easygoing, social dogs to those who are a little more anxious or need a slower, calmer approach. I’m happy to meet them where they’re at and help them feel comfortable. As a nurse and owner of a medically complex pup- I’m very comfortable supporting dogs who may need medications, routines or a little extra care. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your pet with someone. I’ll take the time to get to know your dog and adjust to what makes them happiest—whether that’s playtime, walks, or just a calm, cozy environment. My goal is to make their time with me feel as safe, calm, and stress-free as possible. I’d love to meet you and your pup—feel free to reach out anytime with questions! I work part-time as a nurse with a rotating schedule, which means I often have full days at home during the week. My availability varies slightly week to week, but I keep my calendar updated and am happy to work with your schedule when possible. Disclosure: I've got two crazy pups of my own. Rover is an individual not a pact hobby. My dogs won't be accompanying me on these adventures! I have experience managing different temperaments and can adjust care to meet your dog’s needs, whether that’s a calm, low-stimulation environment or more active play and walks. I want to keep things consistent and familiar for them. While I don’t have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs are always kept on a secure leash. I can also incorporate trips to local parks or dog parks (if appropriate for your dog’s temperament and your preference). Additional services available upon request: • Basic bath & tidy (wash, dry, light brushing) • Vet visits & transportation • Pick-up & drop-off services • Medication or other medical cares • Customized care based on your dog’s needs I know how hard it can be to leave your pet—I’ll keep you updated so you can feel totally at ease while you’re away!

“Nate took my last minute request and I couldn’t have been happier. He was on time ( early even ) and took my Darcey to the park while I was away and took pictures and updated me. I really appreciated his time and will be using him in the future. Highly recommend if you need someone who handles behavior issues well. My Darcey isn’t the nicest when first meeting a stranger but this didn’t seem to bother Nate. Thank you again so much !!”

“Katie was wonderful with my dog and a great communicator. She sent lots of updates and I could tell she was taking great care of him. She went above and beyond! I would definitely utilize her again.”

About: I have a very high level of knowledge and skills of how to take care of cats of any age and ability and enjoy spending time with all kinds of cats. I have much less experience with and knowledge of dogs but I'm very familiar with the basics of feeding and walking. Friends have described me as a cat whisperer and I like to think of myself as such. Not that I might not have challenges, but I know how to meet and vibe and care for them. I have completely open availability for the next month or so as I am unemployed living with friends and trying to establish myself here. I typically like doing care between the late morning and early evening, but anything can be talked about and arranged. I enjoy spending the day alongside animals, being attentive to their needs by taking them out for long walks, providing healthy snacks and cuddles through the day, and offering a calm energy to relax energetic or otherwise anxious pets. I am confident in caring for pets across a range of personalities, and am happy both giving pets lots of attention and energy and coexisting with more introverted pets.
“My wife and I needed someone last minute to sit with our two dogs while we were out for part of the day doing various things around town. Rebekah was quick to respond and was a life saver. She is prompt, very sweet, warm and willing to go the extra mile to ensure both dogs were made comfortable, loved and given a good long walk. Rebekah was quick to communicate at all times and sent update photos through the day. I would highly recommend her and use her services again.”

About: I have owned 4 dogs in the past 30 years; a Chihuahua/Toy Terrier, a Chihuahua/Shitzu, a Dachshund/Corgi and I recently owned a Toy Poodle - who was elderly, anxious, blind and toothless. She recently crossed the rainbow bridge and I miss her so. She was my world! My past dog sitting experience includes overnight care for; a Keeshond, a Terrier, a medium sized mixed breed, a Japanese Chin/Poodle, a Standard Poodle, a Sheltie, and a Pomeranian. Dogs are my special interest and I enjoy loving and caring for them. My 30 years of experience with different dog breeds and temperaments has shaped my ability to have realistic expectations, intentional patience and flexibility with the individual dog personalities that I have encountered. They are all good dogs and I love them all! I am available most days and evenings. I can make home visits to let your dog/s out, walk your dog/s, and/or pet sit overnight as needed. I am flexible with how I can care for your pet. My intention is to keep your dog/s in the routine that they are familiar with so that they can be the calm, happy dog/s they are destined to be. Unfortunately, I am unavailable to have your dog/s in my home because I live in an apartment.
“We have never left our boy, Griffin for more than a couple of days before. We went on a two week trip and hired Travis to watch our big sheepadoodle. He was incredible! He sent us pictures and videos of Griffin at the dog park and around the third day, Griffin was giving him his paw and Travis was loving on him. We then received a picture of Griffin on the bed Travis used…. That sealed it…. Griffin loves him! We do too! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our boy❤️”

Sherman pet parents share their Rover experiences
Josh is amazing! He stayed 2 nights with my 2 dogs who each have issues. One of my dogs is very anxious but Josh’s quiet, calm demeanor put him right at ease. Josh responds quickly and is on time and totally reliable. When I came home, my home was clean and the dogs were calm and happy. I would definitely look forward to having Josh take care of my dogs again!

Jeanette was wonderful with our dogs. She came by for a meet-and-greet before our week long trip so they could get comfortable with her ahead of time, which we really appreciated. She was a great communicator throughout the stay, sending regular updates and photos that gave us real peace of mind while we were traveling. There was also a thunderstorm while we were away, and Jeanette was especially patient with our anxious dog, making sure she felt safe and comfortable. We returned home to a tidy house and very happy dogs. We would book Jeanette again and recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable sitter.

Sophie was an amazing help while we were gone for two weeks. The daily check-ins and pics were so sweet and it was a relief to see the oftentimes-shy kitties cuddling with her. Even our cockatiel got plenty of time out of her cage and loved getting the pics of “Birdman” on Sophie’s head! Not everyone has experience with it or the interest to learn how to handle and bond with a bird but when Sophie was unsure of something she would be proactive and reach out for tips and advice and it sure seemed to work. The dog was happy when we returned but not TOO happy which leads me to believe she had a great time while we were away. The house was in order, garbages taken out, and laundry done so that we could return late at night and get ourselves to bed quickly. We would definitely hire Sophie again for housesitting.
Scott really helped us out with a week of drop-in visits for our two dogs, one of which is rather unpleasant with strangers. He also agreed to oversee our coop of chickens which was very helpful. Scott was accomodating and generally a good communicator, and the pups seemed to like him. I think he did a fine job. We would definitely work with Scott again.

Edwin was a great dog sitter for Cosmo. He communicated with us very promptly and often. He sent pictures a few times a day and Cosmo always looked happy and content. Edwin left our house clean and in order. We would happily have him to take care of Cosmo again!
