“We have used so many dog sitters over the last ten years in the various places we’ve lived, and none of them have had to deal with even half the things Mary had to manage during her few days staying with Pax. In the very first day after we left, Pax was experiencing lots of GI symptoms which led to a lot of cleaning up after him. He also threw up his medications, leading to him having seizures. Mary was so communicative, patient, and calm throughout all of it. Last but not least, she also alerted us right away when our upstairs neighbors hit a pipe, causing a flood in our apartment. She helped to move things around in our apartment, tried to do what she could to protect our things, and was able to wait with Pax while we figured out other arrangements. Mary is truly an angel and we are so thankful she was there with Pax through all of that. We only hope that the experience didn’t scar her for life and we’ll be able to see her again!”

Depending on my work schedule, I may be able to accept afternoon appointments, but reach out to me personally to see my availability. I can do house visits and go for walks up to three times a day. My schedule is usually pretty open, so I can take time to get to know your pet, so we can build trust for future visits.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and always have to go out of my way to say hello or wave at every dog I see when out and about. I raised and trained my own dog by myself during Covid and she is my life! I take care of my dog along with my girlfriend’s dog. I love all dogs and consider myself a little bit of a dog whisperer. I love being able to spend time with dogs anytime that I can- I always volunteer to watch our neighbors two wiener dogs anytime they need us to help them out. Will give your dog/dogs all the love and attention they need and deserve while also paying attention to any specific requests done details regarding your beloved dog. I know how nervous I get when somebody else watches my dog, and I want to make sure there is no worry or stress. I will of course send updates with photos so you are able to have peace of mind. I am currently in the middle of looking for my next career move, so as of right now my schedule is very open and flexible. Excited to be able to spend my time with as many doggos as I can! I am very conscious of dog safety and have two dogs of my own that I take care of and their safety is always my number one concern. I have grown up with dogs my entire life and love being around all dogs no matter the size or breed. I understand how and what to do in order to make sure safety and trust is always the number one thing. I know it can sometimes be stressful when somebody else watches your dog- so I always go above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs.

Throughout my time away, Jen kept me updated with lots of photos (which I requested) and thoroughly followed Jazzy’s routine. Jazzy looked very happy and relaxed in the photos. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses, and have experience in oral med administration with both cats and dogs. I have a soft spot for the big dogs (they're lap-sized if you commit!). I run half marathons so getting good exercise in will be no problem (even in Wisconsin weather!). I'm currently training for distance running, so you can expect great exercise for your pet! Whether it's a long meandering sniff-ari or an intense loop around the neighborhood, I would love to know what fits your dog best. As I'm in your home, your instructions are paramount. You know your pet better than anyone, and I am happy to keep their normal routines in place. I like getting to know each animal and their unique personality, and while I *love* giving snuggles and pets, I understand some pets prefer their space.

About: I've taken care of people's pets for over 8 years. I typically do overnights on weekends, but I have experience with multi-week stays and could possibly accomodate for that depending on location! I'm a runner and a hiker and I usually like to take dogs on different adventures whether it's a run on a bike path or on the trails! I have experience with senior dogs and cats as well as younger, more lively pets! I am a full-time graduate student, so I am on campus in the mornings-afternoon. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets whether that's taking them for a walk mid-day, or providing care overnight. I also do housework at homes when asked such as taking care of plants, watering gardens, vacuuming and making sure you return to a spotless house! I am a full time graduate student so I am on campus from about 8am-2pm (at the latest). I do have some flexibility to stop by mid day to check in with your pet(s) as well. I work some weekends for maximum 3.5 hours, so I can plan to be home almost full time on weekends if needed. I am available for mid day walks on some days (Wednesday-Sunday) as well! I easily adapt to the home structure of the people I pet sit for. With clear instructions I can maintain your home routine for your pet(s) to keep consistency in your lives and pets lives!
