I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Katie as our house sitter/pet caregiver. From the very beginning, communication was clear, timely, and reassuring—something that immediately put me at ease when trusting someone with my dogs. During the stay, I received consistent updates, including photos, videos (extra nice!) and detailed notes, which showed just how attentive and caring she was. It was obvious my dogs weren’t just being “watched,” but genuinely cared for, engaged with, and treated like part of their family. My dogs got to stay at home and we’re happy, relaxed, and well-exercised—honestly, it felt like THEY had their own little vacation. What really stood out was Katie’s professionalism and attention to detail. She followed all care instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond in ways I didn’t expect. It’s rare to find someone who combines reliability, kindness, and true love for animals the way she did. I would absolutely book with Katie again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and top-notch pet sitter.
