About: My whole life I’ve grown up with dogs and cats, having 3 different dogs and 10 cats over the years. I’ve been one of the main caretakers in my family of our pets. Walking, feeding, bathing, and cutting nails are examples of some of the things I’ve grown up doing for our pets. I worked in a veterinary clinic for the past year and I will be a first year student in veterinary school starting this fall. I’m entirely free this summer until classes start! Once the fall hits and I start veterinary school my availability will become more limited but as of now I’m super free. I use extreme care for any animals I’m taking care of and I’m a very attentive person to their needs and what they want and enjoy. I have a lot of experience with taking care of dogs and cats from growing up with pets, volunteering, and working in veterinary clinic. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge on how to properly care for your pet whether that be in a home or on a walk. I have a huge passion for animals and always pour so much love into any pet that is around me and under my care.

About: My pet-sitting experiences include looking after both cats and dogs day to day and for extended periods of time. When taking care of cats, I make sure they have clean water and food at all times; keep their environment clean; watch over them and see if they are healthy; and interact with them by playing with them on a daily basis. I also have experience caring for dogs of various sizes and energy levels. Making sure their fed, walked, groomed, and cleaning up any messes/ their environment. In addition always making sure they have access to clean drinking water and providing plenty of playtime and attention. I occasionally take care of a family friend’s dog who has arthritis. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I value their safety, trust, and maintaining a calm and familiar environment for their pet. It is important for me to carefully follow all the instructions concerning their feeding schedule, treatment, taking medication, and other specific care. It goes without saying that I make sure that the pets receive proper meals and have clean water to drink. I also try to keep the house as clean as possible, including litter boxes for cats and any messes that may occur. I also observe the pets to ensure everything seems normal and they’re healthy. I believe that building trust with both pets and owners is essential, I’ll always provide them with updates and photographs about the current condition of the pets. My goal is to make sure their pet is cared for and mostly importantly happy.

I currently live in an apartment in downtown Madison, therefore I do not have a yard for your fur baby to play in.
