Animals have always been at the center of my life. By day, I work at Mad Cat Pet Supplies, and for over 4 years I’ve been offering pet sitting and dog walking services on the side. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply keeping your furry friend company while you’re away, I treat every pet like my own. My goal is to give your pets the love, care, and attention they deserve—so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience with Nowell. We booked a house sitting for more than a week. On the first day, they stopped by for about 20 minutes around 2 pm in the afternoon, and then left and could not be reached until mid morning the next day. They had told us that they would be in and out of the house for the day since it was their birthday, which is very much understandable and agreed. But it was utterly unacceptable to have left the pets unattended for almost 20 hours, and without even a message to us - leaving us both concerned for our pets and about their own safety. We called Rover support to reach them, and even then it was unsuccessful. They also brought an additional person to our house without a courtesy notice.
We had a flight delay which caused us to be away for another night and she was flexible and was able to spend another night! I also appreciate her daily update doggo pictures :)
Nowell did a great job house sitting! They hopped in to cover an emergency and were very flexible and communicative. They took excellent care of my dog and 3 cats. Everyone was happy and healthy when I arrived home and our home was in great condition. I would definitely hire Nowell again!

Nowell is amazing! I had a last minute trip come up and she was able to step in and come watch my dog on very short notice. My dog seemed to take to her immediately, and she sent me photos and updates and their activities throughout her stay. 10/10 I would have her watch my dog for me again. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Schedule
I’m currently very flexible with my schedule, I’m available for pet sitting and walking all throughout the week at any time of day to provide the best care. I can also do dog park trips upon request!
