“This was the first time I've used Rover and found Sara. Communication was great from the get-go. As this was the first time I let someone else watch Iris (8 months old), rightfully so to be nervous and hesitant. Sara was very understanding and attentive as I went through what Iris needed, how her demeanor is, and all of the in-between. You could tell that Sara genuinely cares and enjoys caring for pets as a side gig. Sara was fantastic and we'll definitely book again.”

“Andrew watched our dogs at our house for a week, and our babies LOVED the time with him. Lots of snuggles and attention, and Andrew kept us updated with lots of pictures. We have an older dog who needed some extra TLC, and Andrew was fantastic with his medical needs. House was in great shape when we got back, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. “Taylor did an absolutely fantastic job with my four pets. During our meet and greet I mentioned that one of my cats would likely be under the bed for all or most of the weekend, but Taylor must have really good vibes because that cat let Taylor give her belly rubs while we were gone. Any cat owner knows that if the shy cat lets a stranger give them belly rubs you can't ever hire a different sitter again ? Our dog looked so happy in all of the pictures, and Taylor even said very positive things about her personality that we don't hear often- she's a senior and doesn't tend to do much other than sleep when a stranger is there, so we normally hear that she was boring. Taylor managed to get her in a goofy and playful mood, which was wonderful news. Taylor gave us frequent updates and pictures like we asked for, and I could tell that she was taking such great care of everyone. She left our house just as we left it so there were no messes to pick up. She even loaded the dishwasher with the animals' dirty dishes for us! Also, it was the first time since we moved here that our sitter actually cleaned the litter boxes when we were gone. Normally we get home and our apartment smells like dirty litter boxes, indicating that they haven't been cleaned or the sitter cleaned them right before they left. Taylor must have kept up on them while we were gone which is insanely appreciated. I would have her back in a heartbeat, and I'd love to recommend her to friends as well if/when they ever need a sitter.”
