“Aspen was so great. I was nervous about using rover and leaving my dog with a stranger, but Aspen was amazing. She was very friendly and welcoming when I dropped my dog off; she told me that she would be to take Effie on a few walks throughout the day and that she might even take her up to the lake. She sent me daily pictures and updates about the walks she would take with my dog and just overall how my dog was doing. It was nice to get the updates/pictures while I was gone for the week and put me more at ease with leaving her. There was a portion of Effie’s stay that another dog was going to be there and Aspen was very accommodating and wanted to make sure it was ok with me that there was another dog there (it was), but she even offered to go to my home on those days to let Effie out if it was not. I would definitely recommend Aspen and would use her again in the future :)”

“I can’t begin to say enough about Lynn. With just moving to Cleveland and not knowing anyone here, it was hard for me to leave my 15yr old Pomeranian Walter with a stranger. He had only a handful of people I would leave him with back home and with all of his health issues I was concerned of his needs being met. Lynn went above and beyond her call of duty as a sitter. Sending messages, pictures and updates every day. This made my vacation 10 times more relaxing knowing he was well taken care of like he was one of hers. Thank you so much Lynn!”

“Lea was great with our boys! We asked her to watch them during Thanksgiving weekend and she gladly accepted our request. I was pretty nervous because our dogs have never been around children for long periods of time but she sent the most ADORABLE pictures f our dogs hanging with her two younger boys and my heart almost burst. Our boys came back exhausted so you know they had a great time playing with them. She's very accommodating with whatever we needed to feel comfortable with a first-time sitter and we will DEFINITELY be calling her again!”

Carla and her family are incredible! I was in Cleveland for work and unexpectedly needed a dog sitter She was super helpful and understanding. She took my dog for walks every day, even though she barks at every cat or dog she sees when she’s on walks She sent me videos and updates without me having to even ask. I’ve never had a dog sitter before so I was kind of nervous about texting everyday because I didn’t want to be annoying, she willingly sent me updates and even offered to allow me to come visit when I miss her. I definitely recommend! Five stars
Olesja was great to work with and gave us peace of mind during our trip out of the country. She even recorded a little video of her singing happy birthday to our dog - it was nice to know that although his family couldn’t physically be there, he was still being loved on and celebrated! ☺️
They did a wonderful job watching our girl Mouse. She had recently been spayed and they took time and care to make sure she didn’t have any issues while we were traveling for work. We will absolutely use their boarding services again. They sent daily photos and updates which were greatly appreciated. 10/10
First time boarding with Malik for a longer stay (5 days/4 nights instead of an overnight) and it went really well. I received some updates while I was gone and I returned to my pack (2 dogs and a cat) in good health and good spirits. Malik does an excellent job caring for my animals and has secured me as a returning customer!
I recently booked Kate on Rover.com to watch my dog, Herbie, and she was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, Herbie felt right at home with her. Kate clearly has a natural way with dogs, providing so much love and attention that Herbie didn’t even want to come home with me at the end of his stay! Kate kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos, so I always felt reassured that Herbie was happy, safe, and well cared for. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pup like their own, but Kate truly goes above and beyond. I wholeheartedly give her 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely be booking with her again.
