“I am so pleased with my dog sitting experience with Karin! We were really comfortable during the meet and greet. About: As a lifelong animal lover, I understand that pets are family, and I strive to provide the same level of care, attention, and patience that I would want for my own. My background in healthcare has taught me how to be responsible, detail-oriented, and attentive to the unique needs of every individual, skills that translate naturally to pet care. I am comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies who need patience and consistency to senior dogs who may require a gentler pace and extra attention. Whether it's daily walks, drop-in visits, feeding, administering oral medications, reinforcing basic training, or simply providing companionship, I prioritize your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness. I am currently a Master's student in Medical Physiology at Case Western Reserve University, which has helped me develop strong time-management, responsibility, and organizational skills. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals as a balance to my studies. Despite a busy academic schedule, I am very intentional about managing my time and maintaining commitments. Whether it's morning walks, midday drop-in visits, evening care, or weekend sitting, I enjoy incorporating pet care into my routine because it allows me to spend time outdoors and connect with animals while helping pet owners have peace of mind. Caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy, and I treat every pet with patience, attentiveness, and compassion. As someone pursuing a career in healthcare, I value reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail, and I bring those same qualities to caring for your furry family members. I am committed to ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any specific preferences or needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and mental stimulation while also keeping their environment clean and safe. If providing care in my own home, I would ensure pets have a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with plenty of supervision, exercise, fresh water, and opportunities for play and rest. My goal is always to make pets feel as relaxed and loved as possible, whether they are in their own home or mine.

About: I’m not as experienced of a cat person as I am a dog person, mostly because I didn't grow up around them (my mom and brother were allergic). But I have recently grown accustomed to taking care of cats by helping sit for my upstairs neighbors pets (3 cats, 2 on medication with special needs), and my cousin who has a cat along with a dog - and they’re best friends! I’m happy to watch cats at your home, but would prefer not to have them in my home.
About: I've loved cats my whole life! I have three cats of my own, and have fostered almost a hundred cats through the Cleveland APL. I have experience with all ages and temperaments, from friendly kittens to shy adults. I am able to tell when a cat wants attention, and work with cats who need a little bit more space to feel confident. I am able to give pills, eyedrops, and other medications to cats as needed. I can recognize changes in behaviors and alert pet owners when something seems concerning. My experience doesn't end with cats! I've owned rats, mice and hamsters and understand the importance of having someone experienced with small animals to watch them. Your small pets will receive the same high quality of care. I'm a remote worker so I have plenty of time for drop in visits as needed! My schedule is flexible, and I want to make sure your pets are as comfortable as possible. I'm excited to care for your pets in your home. I am very careful around doors to the home, as I know how quickly pets can escape. I will follow your instructions closely to keep their daily routine as close to normal as possible.

“This was my first time using Rover, and Justine was great! Made the time to come over before we left to meet our cat and get a rundown of her needs. She kept us updated on Mac the whole time we were gone with great info and pics! As a cat mom who worries, Justine made me able to enjoy my time away, knowing my cat was in great hands!”

“I have a senior kitty who is pretty finicky in his old age. This includes preferring to drink from the faucet vs. his dish. Amanda is wonderful with him and includes pictures of him in full faucet glory when she visits. Highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up helping care for our family dogs, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I absolutely love animals and truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. A little over a year ago, I got my own puppy, Marty! He’s a Whoodle (Wheaten Terrier/Poodle mix) who just turned one and absolutely loves playing with other dogs. Watching him make new friends has been so much fun, and I’d love to give your dog the same loving, safe, and playful environment. I decided to join Rover because I genuinely enjoy—spending time with dogs and Marty loves playing with other dogs! Whether your pup needs walks, playtime, cuddles, or just a caring companion while you’re away, I’ll treat them like one of my own. I know how important it is to trust someone with your dog, and I’ll make sure they feel loved, comfortable, and well cared for every step of the way. I work from home full-time, so your pup will have plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. My dog, Marty, gets several walks each day, along with regular potty breaks outside on a lead whenever we’re not out walking. I truly enjoy getting outside with dogs for exercise, playtime, and fresh air, but I’m just as happy relaxing inside for cuddles and downtime. Since I’m home all day, your dog will rarely be left alone and will receive lots of love, attention, and care while they’re with us! I’ll care for your dog as if they were my own! They’ll receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, and affection throughout their stay. I make sure dogs get regular walks, frequent potty breaks whenever they need them, fresh water, and lots of opportunities to exercise and have fun. Every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow your routine and any special instructions to help them feel comfortable, safe, and right at home. My goal is to make sure your pup is happy, well cared for, and has a great time while you’re away!

About: Through years of dog training, fostering, volunteering, and working at a dog daycare, I have interacted with and handled hundreds of dogs in my life. I own Beegan K9, a dog care services company that emphasizes lower volume than other local competitors. My 4000 square-foot facility located at 2080 West 110th street serves as a dog daycare and boarding facility. For daycare, we take on only 12 dogs a day. I am at my facility every weekday from 6am until 6pm. Throughout the morning I handle daily daycare dropoffs and work with my training dogs. In the afternoons, we run small, highly-supervised playgroups. Members of my community trust me to take care of their dogs and I take that responsibility very seriously. Before Beegan K9, I had house sat and fostered dogs for around seven years. I also have three dogs of my own. Working with dogs is an integral part of my life and I take their care very seriously.
About: I’ve taken care of animals my entire life. I currently have a small Havapoo, but have had big dogs, cats, bunnies, and guinea pigs. I have experience with training, as well as administering medicine if need be. When I first moved away from my family, I was so nervous to try to find care for my pup while I was away! I am so thankful I have had amazing experiences with Rover, and I’m excited for the opportunity to give others an amazing experience, especially those who may be a little weary and nervous like I was at first! I work from home Monday - Friday, and have flexibility on the weekends so your pup will be in great hands with round the clock care! I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly Havapoo that is dying to keep your fur baby company! If staying in my home, I will absolutely follow any special instructions or needs for your dog to make them feel right at home and keep them in their routine. For clients home, I will always make sure I leave the home the way I found it, and of course keep your fur baby in their routine!
“Cooper loves Jeffany! We will continue to keep coming back. Jeffany provides consistent updates and pictures throughout the day. Highly recommend!!”

If providing care in my own home, I would ensure pets have a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with plenty of supervision, exercise, fresh water, and opportunities for play and rest. My goal is always to make pets feel as relaxed and loved as possible, whether they are in their own home or mine.
“Thomas was great. Our pup had such a great time and he treated him like family. Super responsive and accommodating and sent lots of photos. Will definitely bool Thomas again!”

“Maria took such great care of our elderly Boston Terrier!! He instantly felt comfortable and at home in her care and she even got him to eat each day which is a small miracle for him. Her communication was fantastic and she was very easy to work with. We’re so happy to have found her. Highly recommend!”
