“Thomas was absolutely awesome ! I am so thankful that we were able to find him. I have a 2 year old intact German shepherd and my husbands work closed on short notice for 2 weeks so we decided to take a vacation. I was scrambling to find some boarding for him but if you have a large power breed who isn’t neutered than you know it can be difficult to find places that accept them. The only boarding option I could find was a no contact facility where he would have been in a kennel the WHOLE time except for 3 30-1 hr potty breaks which were on a LARGER kennel area. Totally unacceptable to me. That’s when I started looking on Rover and was so glad to find Thomas. Not only does he care for your pet he also puts in the time and energy to exercise them which is so SO important to me. He was super flexible, gave me a ton of updates and still took Bear on walks/runs during this insane 95 degree heatwave we had. I totally trusted that he kept Bear safe during that time (walking in hot weather wise). This is a person who truly cares about animals and takes care of their physical, mental and emotional needs. I don’t know how to add pictures here but if I find out how to I will. Can’t say enough good things.”

I mostly work from home and am available for overnights in your home, during the day in your home, weekends and evenings, including full care or just walking/feeding/letting out. I have a 3 year old female golden retriever, and a flexible schedule that allows me to provide plenty of constant care for your pet(s)! I am very nervous bringing my dog anywhere for care when I go out of town because he is so sensitive and has a lot of allergies. Carla was so flexible and accommodating with his needs and care. She sent updates without me having to ask, and stuck to his normal routine. It is rare for my pup to come home without any flare ups to his allergies because of the new environment, but he came home completely healthy and happy. I would highly recommend Carla, and will definitely be booking her again in the future!
Thomas was absolutely amazing! He gave fantastic updates and sent lots of photos of our sweet pup while we were away. He obviously cares, and has great attention to detail. Our dog came back happy and well adjusted. We will definitely be using him again in the future!

Cynthia and her boyfriend were so wonderful!! We have two dogs, and we wanted a home without other pets. We drove an extra long distance as Cynthia seemed like a great fit, and she absolutely was!! We were so relieved that the pets looked so happy and calm when we picked them up. Cynthia’s place is so cozy and clean, and the pets truly looked like they were the ones that went on a vacation! Allison sent multiple updates and pictures throughout the day to let us know how our dogs were doing. She was flexible with pickup and drop off times. She double checked with us before giving new food or bathing them. She treated our dogs as her own and even bought them toys to play with during their stay!
Rachel is such an amazing sitter! She was so careful and loving with Java. My doggo had an upset stomach for a couple of days and would not eat (as is sometimes the case when staying in new places) and Rachel did her very best to ensure that Java would still not go hungry, coaxing her with broth and her favorite veggie snacks with my consent until she was hungry enough to eat her kibble. I was so touched by that moment, and could tell that Java was definitely in good hands. Rachel is incredible at communicating updates, questions, and needs/boundaries. I never felt confused or left in the dark. Additionally, I really appreciated the care that she took to ensure Java had a fun time with games and walks/adventures! Rachel's personality is as inviting as her lovely home, she is such a nice person! Reasonably priced stay for top-notch care! Will definitely book again.
