“I can’t begin to say enough about Lynn. With just moving to Cleveland and not knowing anyone here, it was hard for me to leave my 15yr old Pomeranian Walter with a stranger. He had only a handful of people I would leave him with back home and with all of his health issues I was concerned of his needs being met. Lynn went above and beyond her call of duty as a sitter. Cynthia and her boyfriend were so wonderful!! We have two dogs, and we wanted a home without other pets. We drove an extra long distance as Cynthia seemed like a great fit, and she absolutely was!! We were so relieved that the pets looked so happy and calm when we picked them up. Cynthia’s place is so cozy and clean, and the pets truly looked like they were the ones that went on a vacation! We will be happy to request Cynthia again as our top choice rover host!
Allison sent multiple updates and pictures throughout the day to let us know how our dogs were doing. She was flexible with pickup and drop off times. She double checked with us before giving new food or bathing them. She treated our dogs as her own and even bought them toys to play with during their stay!
Rachel is such an amazing sitter! She was so careful and loving with Java. My doggo had an upset stomach for a couple of days and would not eat (as is sometimes the case when staying in new places) and Rachel did her very best to ensure that Java would still not go hungry, coaxing her with broth and her favorite veggie snacks with my consent until she was hungry enough to eat her kibble. I was so touched by that moment, and could tell that Java was definitely in good hands. Rachel is incredible at communicating updates, questions, and needs/boundaries. I never felt confused or left in the dark. Additionally, I really appreciated the care that she took to ensure Java had a fun time with games and walks/adventures! Rachel's personality is as inviting as her lovely home, she is such a nice person! Reasonably priced stay for top-notch care! Will definitely book again.
Carla and her family are incredible! I was in Cleveland for work and unexpectedly needed a dog sitter She was super helpful and understanding. She took my dog for walks every day, even though she barks at every cat or dog she sees when she’s on walks She sent me videos and updates without me having to even ask. I’ve never had a dog sitter before so I was kind of nervous about texting everyday because I didn’t want to be annoying, she willingly sent me updates and even offered to allow me to come visit when I miss her. I definitely recommend! Five stars
First time boarding with Malik for a longer stay (5 days/4 nights instead of an overnight) and it went really well. I received some updates while I was gone and I returned to my pack (2 dogs and a cat) in good health and good spirits.
