This stay was unique in that I had to contact Kathy and request to extend Tommy's stay because of a family member's health. I am very nervous bringing my dog anywhere for care when I go out of town because he is so sensitive and has a lot of allergies. Carla was so flexible and accommodating with his needs and care. She sent updates without me having to ask, and stuck to his normal routine. It is rare for my pup to come home without any flare ups to his allergies because of the new environment, but he came home completely healthy and happy. I would highly recommend Carla, and will definitely be booking her again in the future!
Cynthia and her boyfriend were so wonderful!! We have two dogs, and we wanted a home without other pets. We drove an extra long distance as Cynthia seemed like a great fit, and she absolutely was!! We were so relieved that the pets looked so happy and calm when we picked them up. Cynthia’s place is so cozy and clean, and the pets truly looked like they were the ones that went on a vacation!
