This was my first time using Rover or even boarding my dog with someone who wasn’t a family member. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous about it and when I dropped my dog off, she was so worried and upset. But Hannah was a pro. She never made me feel like I was asking about my dog too much and alleviated any worries I had, always with a calm and understanding demeanor. They did a wonderful job watching our girl Mouse. She had recently been spayed and they took time and care to make sure she didn’t have any issues while we were traveling for work. Devon was awesome! She took great care of my GSP while my husband and I were away. He is a special needs dog and she unfortunately had to experience two episodes while we were gone. She handled it amazingly and kept us updated. Our dog requires medication and Devon was on top of it. Know your dog will be in great hands with Devon! Would highly recommend. She was very accommodating and took great care of our guy.
