“Steffani did a wonderful job with my nervous, elderly dog. She did whatever necessary and reasonable to accommodate Jubie. She was exceptionally responsive to my initial inquiries and allowed us a meet-and-greet ahead of Jubie's stay. She sent me pictured updates about Jubie with pertinent information. She and her family were magnitudes above settings I have used with other dogs. She and her family (including her pets) were extremely welcoming and seemed used to having guests. If she would have me, I would board with her again. She attended to all of Jubie's needs.”

We received lots of photos, which was really appreciated and assuring to see that he was doing well. They were also super accommodating as we needed a sitter kind of last minute. I was out of the country for 2 1/2 weeks and while my internet availability was unpredictable; it made my day to get pictures of Phife enjoying himself with Victoria. The add in services are convenient too, as I am busy and after being gone for so long I didn't have the energy to bathe Phife. So Victoria bathed him and had Phife ready to go for me. I am using Victoria for another 10 day work travel and whenever we need a dog sitter.”
