About: When I was in grad school, I worked at an animal shelter and learned so much about taking care of animals. I've had pets my entire life: dogs, cats, birds, Guinea pig, hamsters, and fish, and I've dealt with it all: from babies to seniors, medications and ointments, special diets, and a range of picky habits and funny quirks...I absolutely adore animals! I work from home and my schedule is flexible so I definitely have time during my day/evening to help you take care of your pet, and it would be a really fun thing for me to do with my time. I have been a public school teacher for a couple decades, passing all background checks with flying colors. I realize that your pet and home are precious to you, and I will treat them with care, respect, and attention to detail. I will care for your pet by following your instructions precisely and will keep you updated with messages and pictures.

About: I have always found myself surrounded with dogs of one kind or another and have loved each and every one from my own dear family dog, who we lost last year, or the puppy that I visit twice a week for family friends. I think that dogs, like people, have their own personalities and traits that make them unique and lovable in their own ways. You can get a doggo who is docile and sweet and only wants cuddles or you can have that crazy little thing that runs around like there is no tomorrow. I love to discover these quirks and tendencies of these four legged buddies and then develop a bond with them. I believe it is important to make a meaningful connection with your charges and from there you can really build a lasting relationship with the dogs. Every day is a little bit different but what is always the same is the level of care provided for your pet. The basics of breakfast, dinner, and pottying are all covered but I like to throw in some extra enrichment and fun so maybe your pet will get a trip to a coffee shop or the dog beach or maybe a pet friendly store. It really depends on what your pet might want on a particular day. Whatever it is, you’ll get tons of pictures and the occasional arts and crafts because it brings me joy 🤩 At my home, I have a large backyard that is fully fenced and the dogs get full range. The only portion they’re not invited into is my garden. I like to be the only one who does the watering there. Inside the pups get to hang out where they choose and if your dog needs a little quite space, I have a couple crates or baby gates that will help with that. Safety is the biggest priority though and cameras are in every room because I cannot be. I do my best to match dogs to other dogs they’re going to have a nice time with and also keep separate the ones that would prefer to have a closer knit circle of friends. Every animal is unique and I’d like them all to have an enjoyable time while they’re under my care

I currently work full time and am in graduate school. My classes are remote so I can be flexible location wise. My availability is evenings after 430pm M-F and all day/all night Saturday and Sunday. About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs since I was a child, I grew up with an Australian Shepherd and Border Collie in my parent’s home. Now I have a mini-Aussie of my own that I love so very much. I am available all day every day, as I work from home. If you have a wifi connection, I can spend all day with your dog or dogs :) I can take care of your baby however you want me to - walk them, play with them in your home or yard, or bring them to a park.

About: Growing up with a variety of pets has really helped deepen my love for animals. I grew up a family of German shepherds, I’ve had snakes, ferrets, cats, even a hedgehog! All my friends and family have relied on me for watching over there furry friends. I am a newly post grad from Kent state and just recently moved to Cleveland. I work as a bartender and my shifts are usually at night up to 8 hours and I always make sure my apartment is set up to assure any pet I am watching is comfortable while I am gone. I also love to go on walks and would love to be accompanied by your pet! Most of my shifts are at night usually starting around 4 and ending around 12 so I always make sure to take any pet I am watching on a long walk before leaving and spending as much time with them in the mornings! I also always try to get off my shift as early as possible while I have a current pet over! I like to treat any pet as my own no matter the size, personality, or behavior. Not only is rover beneficial to you but to me as well for allowing me to spend time with your furry friend!

About: I’ve taken care of cats for as long as I can remember. I’ve helped take care of two very special corgis as well as my roommates bunnies. I’m referred to as the buncle (bunny uncle) when they’re left in my care I usually work mornings but that could change depending on the week, leaving my afternoons free. I will work with you, I’m pretty flexible and work something out that fits your fur babies needs ❤️ My cats are indoor. I have an apartment, it’s a duplex, on the top floor. If your cats don’t like other cats? No problem, they won’t interact. I cater to your cats needs so that way they feel safe and happy.

I chose to keep my boarding small because I want to actually know the dog I’m caring for. I want to know their personality, their favorite things, their quirks, what makes them nervous, how they like to sleep, what their normal routine looks like, and what makes their tail start going a mile a minute. That also means I can give extra attention when a dog needs it, whether that’s an energetic play session, a quiet afternoon, an older dog who needs to take things slower, or simply someone to sit beside them when they miss their family. 🐕 Meet Kenobi: Of course, no stay at our house would be complete without Kenobi, my 4 year old yellow Lab and resident Buddy. Kenobi is goofy, affectionate, laid back, and absolutely convinced that every couch in the house belongs to him. He’s always excited to make a new friend and loves having another dog around, but your dog is still the VIP. 🐾 A Little About Me: I’ve always had a huge love for dogs, especially Labs. My dogs have been an incredibly important part of my life, and caring for them has taught me that dogs aren’t just pets. They each have their own personalities, needs, routines, and ways of communicating. That’s what I love about boarding: getting to know the dog, not just watching the dog. I want you to feel comfortable knowing your pup is somewhere safe, cared for, and getting plenty of attention while you’re away.
