About: I love all types of animals and have experience caring for a variety, including more common pets such as dogs and cats but also more unique ones like birds, lizards, rodents, etc. I started my own dog walking business at the age of 10 and did it constantly throughout middle and high school, now I take care of all types of pets when I am not working. If your pet needs medication, I can make arrangements to provide it and can coordinate my schedule to make sure they receive it on time. I make sure they are in a safe and comfortable environment, always have access to fresh water, and are supervised during walks and playtime. About: I have grown up with a dog in my house since I was born. I have taken care of neighbors and friends dogs while they have went on vacation or just out of town for work. Since moving away for college and now graduate school, I am looking for my dog fix since I cannot own one myself With the summer starting and vacations coming up I will do my best to be available for your dogs. We were away for 10 days on our honeymoon and leaving our cat for that long was one of the things we were most nervous about, even more than the wedding! Our cat is anxious and can be wary of strangers but Kristy gave her the space and patience she needed, and by the time we came back she had earned our cat’s trust! Kristy not only took care of food, litter, and water, she also went above and beyond with enrichment while we were gone. She left treats around the apartment, brought over a box and moved it to different places for our cat to explore, and found little ways to keep her stimulated and entertained throughout our trip. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her. Having her care for our cat gave us complete peace of mind during our trip!
Melissa is awesome! She was very easy to coordinate with and took the time to meet our dog Roxie before her drop in visits. Our dog loved Melissa, and you can tell Melissa is great with dogs. Melissa’s Rover cards were very detailed and had lots of pictures. We felt completely comfortable with Roxie in Melissa’s care and hope to have her watch Roxie again. We definitely recommend Melissa!
We couldn’t be happier with the care our boys receive with TJ! He is reliable, kind and clearly loves treating our pups like they are his own! He cares to understand our boys personalities and keep us updated after every walk. His report cards are personal, funny and so well written! It’s very reassuring to know our babies are in such great hands! I’m afraid our dogs might start loving TJ more than us!
Mitchell is a fantastic sitter and was absolutely amazing with my cat while I was out of town for a few days. I received updates every day of the two of them playing and having fun together.
