Hello! Welcome to my profile! I have been a Rover sitter since July 2023. I have great experience working with dogs and I enjoy doing Rover so much 🐾 . I grew up in a family that always had dogs in the house and this is where my passion for taking care of dogs comes from. I love dogs of all sizes and ages and have experience being a patient caretaker and dog lover!

Rory had the best time staying with Aspen! He was comfortable the whole time and became besties with their dog Clifford. She sent updates several times a day and I could tell he was having the best time. I highly recommend her!!

Schedule
I currently work from home full-time and have a flexible work schedule that allows me to have open availability to tend to any dog needs. I am willing to work with any schedule in order to find a time that fits for you and your pup!

Safety, trust & environment
We have one resident dog, Clifford, who is a playful lab retriever. He gets along with any dog he meets. He is trained and listens well and is always looking for a new friend. In addition, I am a clean and organized individual that respects the home and pets I am a Rover for. For boarding requests, my house is in Detroit Shoreway that has access to parks (I love taking the dogs I Rover for on walks in Ohio City or down by Edgewater park). My house currently does not have a fenced in yard, however I live on a larger city lot and would always leash up any pets when taking them outside to ensure their safety. My house has ample room for your pup as well, being a new build with two floors your pup will feel relaxed and right at home. I am flexible with feeding schedules and will accommodate whatever your dog is accustomed to. I try to always do either a quick walk or a potty break every 0-3 hours. It is important for me to keep a controlled environment where the dogs can get energy out during the day and also keep the dogs I watch safe.

A typical day
I am a very active person that loves to hike, walk and bike! Being so close to many metro parks, I take every opportunity to be outdoors when the weather is nice. I am currently pet free but love be surrounded by animals, I would treat your dog as my own when it is in my care.
