About: I got my first puppy for my 10th birthday. She was entirely my responsibility. I fed, bathed, and trained her. She was a huge white shepherd and the sweetest thing on paws I still miss her. Since then, I’ve had many, many dogs and cats through the years. I’ve been through dog training school several times. I currently have three full-sized Goldendoodles who are reasonably well trained, although they are still way too friendly. I’m retired and available about any day except Sunday afternoons: noon church service. I get my groceries delivered, so I’m here most of the time. I try to walk one of mine every day, weather permitting. I would walk your pup before I walk mine. I also have a fenced-in back yard where the dog run and play. My house is dog friendly, and I’m not overly concerned with dirt. I also have the world’s best vacuum cleaner to deal with it and all the hair. lol I have a large fenced-in back yard with river rock instead of grass, so mud is not a problem. My three friendly Doodles love racing around, especially in the snow, and they would love to add your dog to the fun. At the end of the day, we all go upstairs and sleep in my room with a baby-gate blocking the door, so there is no house roaming overnight. I also have room for crates if that’s what your dog needs to feel comfortable. I have one cat who is comfortable around dogs and knows where to hide if necessary. Please have your dog be familiar with cats or at least won’t attack her if she tries to make friends. I can accommodate special diets and know how to use a pill gun for medications.
“I have used Lynn multiple times and she is absolutely excellent. Reliable, caring, and completely trustworthy. I have total peace of mind when my dog is with her. Also great communication. Lynn is the best and I highly recommend her.”

Though furry friends are my specialty, I also have experience with a variety of pets, including the feathery, scaly, and creepy crawly. At Pet Shenanigans, my core philosophy revolves around providing great quality care, consistency, and reliability. The most rewarding feedback I receive is about the peace of mind I offer owners while they are away, a testament to the trust they place in me. I am a professional pet sitter, so I will be here when you need me! I am reliable all times of the year and can incorporate daily walks, potty breaks, or spontaneous drop ins. I will always clean up any messes, leave a full water bowl, and ensure your best friend has a safe environment before I leave.
“Jenni and her family took amazing care of our dog, Olive Lucy. She was obviously part of the family by the end of her stay. Jenni took her on walks everyday and followed all instructions. Jenni sent great pictures and updates of Olive's time with them. Highly recommend!”

“We had such a great experience boarding our dog with Shannon and Robert. They made it easy from the start! You can tell that this is a family of dog-lovers, which brings so much comfort when leaving your baby behind. They updated us daily with pictures and tidbits on how the stay was going. Their home is calm, clean, and comfortable. We're so grateful for the love and care they gave our boy while we were away. “This is the first time I've ever had to leave Stewart with someone other than a family member. Needless to say I was very stressed but Stewart did just fine and met new friends! I received daily pics and was starting to wonder if he wanted to come back home, lol! Thank you Leonard and family for taking such good care of Stewart as if he was part of your family! Until next time! Stewart's parents!”

“Julie is amazing! From start to finish, she was quick to respond, provided many updates, photos and videos, and was so friendly, kind and professional. She and her family had a ton of patience for my boston terrier Lily, who is obsessed with playing tug of war and fetch. I never once worried about Lily. Julie was also very accommodating for my last minute request for a sitter, and I really appreciated that!! Don't hesitate to book her services! I definitely will again!”

“I recently booked Kate on Rover.com to watch my dog, Herbie, and she was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, Herbie felt right at home with her. Kate clearly has a natural way with dogs, providing so much love and attention that Herbie didn’t even want to come home with me at the end of his stay! Kate kept me updated with plenty of messages and photos, so I always felt reassured that Herbie was happy, safe, and well cared for. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pup like their own, but Kate truly goes above and beyond. I wholeheartedly give her 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dedicated”

“Stephanie was great with my boys! They came home clean and happy. She was very accommodating and communicative. I would recommend her and will definitely use her again!”

We have 2 very different pups and Ron was up for the task of watching them while we travelled! And we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter (and dog pal in Dack!) Between hikes, car rides and walks around the neighborhood - he kept each of our dogs entertained! And we appreciated all the updates and pictures - truly a vacation for them too! Ron gave us peace of mind knowing they were well loved and cared for! I’m sure they can’t wait to come back! Thanks Ron!
