“The perfect boarding for our furbabies while we took a short vacation. Michael & Regina have great, quick communication and send lots of photos, which was a nice addition. Their yard is large and their dogs enjoyed our dogs. We have an anxious older dog and a special needs puppy, so we are extra appreciative that they took care of our furbabies and gave the same level of love and attention that we do!”

“Eric & Polly were great with Nyx and sent us lots of updates. They were also super responsive. She seemed confortable with them by the time we picked her up. Thank you!”

“Thank you Rachel for taking care of our Luke! Luke is a beagle mix who is quite a handful but got along well with all of her dogs. Wish I could give a few extra stars!”

“It was our first time using rover so we didn't know what to expect, but I was extremely comforted from the beginning talking with Michelle. We did a meet and greet where she invited us and Buddy into her home. Rocky is such a great host dog! She sent us pictures of buddy laying on the couch getting plenty of attention. Buddy and Michelle's husband were best pals. I wasn't worried about Buddy for one minute and knew that he was having a blast.”

“There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Rachel is! We left our 1 year old dog, Nellie, with her for 10 days and had the best experience! We kept joking that Nellie isn’t going to want to leave when we pick her up! Will 100% be using Rachel again!”

“Shannon and Robert were absolutely wonderful! Their family is so kind, and their children were great with Henry. He settled in right away and honestly didn’t seem like he wanted to leave when we picked him up. They kept him active all day, so he came home happy and completely worn out (in the best way!). We’d absolutely trust them with Henry again and look forward to booking with them in the future.”

“Roza and her family were so great with our dogs and showed them so much love. We got multiple daily updates with photos so we felt they were in great hands. Would rebook in a heartbeat!”
“Amanda, husband and kids were very sweet with Abhi! They got him a toy and made sure he was very safe! She even sent me sweet pics to ensure he was doing well! Thank you!”

“Very happy with Christina! She accommodated our situation when plans changed last minute! She took good care of our puppy and sent pictures and updates during her stay! Our puppy came home happy and healthy!”

“This was the first time we left our young dog for 2 weeks and with Ramona. She was very responsive to my initial inquiry and questions along the way. All the pictures we received made us feel like Buddy was doing fine. When our flight was delayed and we had to add on an extra day at the last minute it was not a problem. Would definately use her again.”

“This is my first time leave in Tinkerbell alone with a sitter. Carrie made me feel very comfortable, sent updates and photos, and welcome Tinkerbell into her home. Tinkerbell and I both are very happy”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Margaret! She took such great care of our Lightning, and kept us updated throughout our trip with the sweetest photos. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such loving and capable hands. Lightning looked so happy and relaxed—we could tell she was truly well cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, easy-to-work-with and attentive sitter!”

“She is very great, my dog enjoyed being with her, Alexandria, takes her time every day to let you know how your baby is, I have no words to describe how great she is with puppies, I will always be grateful to Alexandria, thanks.”

“Sarah and Brandon were absolutely wonderful! They took amazing care of my dog during her week-long stay, and I could really tell they treated her like family. They sent regular updates, photos, and responded quickly whenever I had a question. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was in great hands. I highly recommend Sarah and Brandon to anyone looking for kind, reliable and attentive pet sitters!”

“After finding out our usual sitter is no longer taking in dogs, we had to find someone new. Enter Frank… We went for a meet-and-greet and found that he and his dog Oreo would be a good fit for our dog’s week-long “vacation”. We are so happy that we left our Sheldon in Frank’s care. He updated daily and included pictures many times. It seemed that Frank made Sheldon feel right at home - sitting on his lap, sleeping in his bed. When we went to pick him up, Frank even gave us a homemade wooden dog bone with Sheldon’s name and a little picture of his face painted on it, which brought me to tears because the picture looked exactly like Shel, plus I wasn’t expecting such a sweet gift along with his good care all week. We will definitely leave our dog with Frank again, and highly recommend others do as well.”
About: Hi I'm Bree! I have 14 years of experience caring for smaller breed dogs. I offer boarding in my home. During the warmer months, I offer walking and drop-in services. *Owner must have a free parking spot for me when I do drop-in visits. I was a creative arts major in college and studied film, acting, and dance. But my real passion is DOGS! If your dog loves going on many walks but also loves being a couch potato, then we will get along just fine! I also love dogs who love Greenies! I enjoy long walks, so a little dog who loves to exercise will be a great match for me! My husband and I live in Parma Heights, near Tri-C West. I’ve lived in Parma my whole life. We have a Beagle mix named Luke, who is very social and loves to play. My mom’s dog Angel, a senior min-pin, occasionally stays with us from time to time. Both of my dogs are happy little balls of energy. I have many years of experience taking care of smaller breed dogs who weigh up to 20 pounds. Majority of my clients have been larger breed dogs (Golden retrievers, Labradors, & Doodle mixes). This is the best job ever. I will love your dog like my own. ✨ Proudly serving the city of Parma Heights and surrounding areas! ✨ Quiet, comfortable home especially perfect for little dogs who like to cuddle on the couch and take lots of naps. Dogs are fed once in the morning and once at night. I have a fenced in backyard with a dog who is social and would most definitely enjoy the company of your doggy! We have a dog friendly home in a safe and friendly neighborhood.
“Ron sent us regular updates of Henri with pictures! He made sure that Henri was cared for and had the best time. Henri got tons of attention, play time, and treats! He loved the fenced in yard to run around in with the other dogs!”

“Amazing dog sitter, would highly recommend. You can really tell that she and her husband care and love the dogs so much. So glad and reassured that Miso was in their hands for a week and had so much fun. Would book again for future trips!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Berea
Aur and Andy were incredible sitters. Our original sitter had to cancel last minute, and we were scrambling to find a replacement. As soon as we saw Aru's profile, we had a great feeling it would be the perfect fit for Luke-and we were right. They kept us updated with adorable photos, which really put us at ease. Luke had a fantastic stay and even made a new friend, Lincoln. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We can't say enough good things about Morgan and her husband! They went above and beyond for our dog, Sora. Not only did they make him feel right at home, but they also kept us updated with frequent pictures and messages that truly helped ease our minds. It was so comforting to see how happy and relaxed Sora was in their care. It's clear they have a genuine love for what they do. We're so grateful to have found such a caring and reliable sitter and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best care for their pup.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
