About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was little, and there has always been a dog in my family. Last October, I unfortunately had to put down my dog of 14 years. She was my best friend, and I miss her dearly. Since I’m not quite ready to have another full-time dog, I felt that caring for other people’s dogs would be the perfect way for me to still spend time with them. I’ve always enjoyed going on walks, visiting parks, or simply spending time outside with dogs. I truly believe dogs have such short lives, and they deserve to be loved, spoiled, and cared for every single day. Watching a dog fits naturally into my daily schedule because I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I’m already used to planning my day around walks, feeding times, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. About: I love animals. I love dogs. I have a English mastiff who loves to play. I have a totally fenced in backyard where the dogs can go in and out and say please they are well taken care, love to take them on walks into the parks. Also love to send owners pictures of their animals while they’re away. I know that is very important. i’m a stay at home mom I have three kids that go to daycare and school. I have an English mastiff and a special kitty so my house is open to helping out people when they wanna go on vacation to watch their dogs for them your animals so we all taken care of while they’re here they’ll be able to go outside in the backyard and run and play. when I’m home, the dogs are allowed to ruin the house. If I have to run out, they are kept in the family room and a gate so they have still have room to run around and play but when I’m home they’re with me.

“Aspen was so great. I was nervous about using rover and leaving my dog with a stranger, but Aspen was amazing. She was very friendly and welcoming when I dropped my dog off; she told me that she would be to take Effie on a few walks throughout the day and that she might even take her up to the lake. She sent me daily pictures and updates about the walks she would take with my dog and just overall how my dog was doing. It was nice to get the updates/pictures while I was gone for the week and put me more at ease with leaving her. There was a portion of Effie’s stay that another dog was going to be there and Aspen was very accommodating and wanted to make sure it was ok with me that there was another dog there (it was), but she even offered to go to my home on those days to let Effie out if it was not. I would definitely recommend Aspen and would use her again in the future :)”
