“Katherine did not hesitate in assisting me and taking on the responsibility to watch Gulliver the last minute after another sitter informed me they could not watch Gulliver for the weekend I had reserved. We had the meet and greet and then Gulliver stayed there for a day and was tired when I brought him home. When I went to drop Gulliver off for the weekend, he couldn't wait to get out of the car and run to her, which in essence says it all about the care he received the previous day. Gulliver had a great time and Katherine was wonderful in that she provided me with pictures of what he was doing over the weekend and treated him like her own. Mary was truly wonderful! My dog immediately felt at home and Mary was so communicative and kind during her entire stay (even when Opal was terrified of the 4th of July fireworks). Jessica was wonderful watching our dog Alfie! We met prior to make sure she and her dog would be comfortable with him. This was my first time using Rover or even boarding my dog with someone who wasn’t a family member. Needless to say, I was pretty nervous about it and when I dropped my dog off, she was so worried and upset. But Hannah was a pro. She never made me feel like I was asking about my dog too much and alleviated any worries I had, always with a calm and understanding demeanor. Sent plenty of pics and updates and it wasn’t long before my dog warmed up to her. Thanks again Hannah!
Devon was awesome! She took great care of my GSP while my husband and I were away. He is a special needs dog and she unfortunately had to experience two episodes while we were gone. She handled it amazingly and kept us updated. Our dog requires medication and Devon was on top of it. Know your dog will be in great hands with Devon! Would highly recommend. She was very accommodating and took great care of our guy.
