Salem has always received excellent care at the Edwardʻs house. They love her and Salem loves them. Salem needed truly extra care this time, as she is older and following her surgery, and giving her meds diligently, and I know she received whatever she needed beyond the call of duty!! Travis was great with my dogs. Our Flight back was delayed. He was very understanding of the situation and thoughtful. My dogs seemed to have had a great time with him, they were great spirts and excited when I arrived. This is my second time using Travis and I will definitely use him again.
Ivette was so incredible with my senior dog! She updated me about how he was doing including potty breaks, meals, and medications. He has special needs and she was very accommodating for all of my requests and went above and beyond with making him at home and comfortable. We appreciate that she was very helpful and flexible with some changes to our itinerary. Eich was very happy when we picked him up! I'm a very anxious pet parent and am always nervous leaving Eich but felt very comfortable that he was well taken care of. We highly recommend Ivette!
