About: My name is Ivette and I currently study at Case. My husband is a USPS mail carrier and I work from home. Currently, I have one dog and two rescue cats🐾. During the pandemic, I spent a significant amount of time with my pets indoors where I had the opportunity to take care of two litters that my dogs had. I learned many skills during that time. With age, my dog became a senior dog and had to take oral medication so I am used to giving oral/topical medication to pets. I have been living in the Cleveland area since 2019 but I am originally from Texas. My current home has a fenced back yard and a good route for walks. Since I live in the city, I don’t have a fenced yard, but that doesn’t stop my dog from getting plenty of exercise and attention! I have one dog of my own and also frequently care for my neighbor’s dog. We go on regular walks throughout the day, visit nearby grassy areas for bathroom breaks, and enjoy trips to the park just up the street for extra exercise and playtime. I also have a crate available if your dog is crate trained or if you’d like them crated for rest, bedtime, or while I’m briefly away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their routine as closely as possible. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, playtime, bathroom breaks, and, of course, lots of love and attention. My goal is to help every pet feel comfortable, safe, and happy while their family is away.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a kid. I will admit I had a lot of anxiety about leaving my 16 yo pup for 6 days but I knew I was leaving him with people who care about dogs. They were so aware of my dogs needs because he is not a dog who likes dogs he prefers humans. So he was kept away from the the active dog area and he did very well. He ate his food which is iffy if he is away, he drank water which is rare, and he even started getting use to the other pups. I am so happy he adjusted and came out of his shell. I just moved back to Cleveland and I’m so happy I found a place he feels comfortable in so I can get some more trips in. Oh and I got updates and that helped ease my mind in a big way.
Colleen was a great sitter, and Peaches was great with my dogs! Great communication before and during the stay - she sent several photos and updates which was very appreciated! I also appreciated her flexibility on pickup time when I ended up being a bit later than anticipated.
Travis was great with my dogs. Our Flight back was delayed. He was very understanding of the situation and thoughtful. My dogs seemed to have had a great time with him, they were great spirts and excited when I arrived. This is my second time using Travis and I will definitely use him again.
Ivette was so incredible with my senior dog! She updated me about how he was doing including potty breaks, meals, and medications. He has special needs and she was very accommodating for all of my requests and went above and beyond with making him at home and comfortable. We appreciate that she was very helpful and flexible with some changes to our itinerary. Eich was very happy when we picked him up! I'm a very anxious pet parent and am always nervous leaving Eich but felt very comfortable that he was well taken care of. We highly recommend Ivette!
