We also had an emergency and had to extend his stay and they were very accommodating. I also loved how they included at the end of his stay a little report of how his stay was. “Seymour is my shadow at home and we were nervous how he would do with the separation anxiety of a week away from us. He had an absolute BLAST staying with Tongyezhi and her family. He got walks, romps in the fenced in back yard and plenty of snuggle time. We got lots of incredible pictures which was great peace of mind knowing we didn't have to worry about him missing home. This was by far the most amazing new experience for our babies! We typically boarded deeno in a huge boarding facility, but wanted to try something new and a little more personal. We were unsure how our newest rescue would do, as we are not too familiar with him. Scrappy got his nails trimmed, and a bath, Deeno looks like he got one also. 🥰 Our doggies were so happy, loved and enjoyed meeting new friends! Cant wait to book again!
