About: I've been around and taken care of animals for over 20 years. I've cared for dogs, cats, donkeys, pigs, birds, bunnies, fish & plants! I'm reliable, flexible and truly enjoy getting to spend time with these animals; they bring me joy and I care for them like they are my own. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule. During the pandemic, I spent a significant amount of time with my pets indoors where I had the opportunity to take care of two litters that my dogs had. I learned many skills during that time. With age, my dog became a senior dog and had to take oral medication so I am used to giving oral/topical medication to pets. I am sure to give your dog personalized attention and love and care they deserve! We live in a great walkable community in Shaker Heights. We are happy to take your dog on walks and visits to the park, so they can have a nice vacation too! I can currently adapt to most pet care schedules. I have a flexible schedule from home, and I am here to offer a seamless transition. I have fenced in yard with room to romp around, and I am located in a great walking community with a park nearby. About: We have each had dogs our entire lives. We currently have husky who is 1 1/2 years old and a 2 year old mini Australian Shepherd. They are both rescues. They are playful and enjoy being around other dogs. Free for plenty of walks and playtime during the day. I work from home with a very flexible schedule and will be able to keep a good eye on your dog. We have a pet friendly home inside and out. Our yard is fenced in. We have dog toys and balls all over. The dogs get plenty of exercise throughout the day.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. At that time, we got a standard poodle puppy (Inspector Gadget) who I fed, walked, played with, and let out before/after school everyday. When he was about 3, we also got a springer spaniel (Sookie) from the shelter who was an absolute angel, and mine and Gadget’s best friend. I always made sure they had what they needed and felt loved! I took care of Gadget until he sadly passed at the age of 14, and Sookie until she passed at the age of 10, so I have experience with elderly dogs as well. My mom recently got a golden retriever puppy who I would visit to walk, feed, and play with occasionally while she is at work. I also have experience with birds and cats. I am currently working as a resident at one of the local hospitals, so my schedule is variable, but by booking me you know that you will get a trusted professional to care for your pets. I am free every other weekend to care for pets, and am generally free in the evenings of weekdays. I have no problem showing any pet love, regardless of size or breed, and will make sure they get the attention and love they need! I am used to big and mid-sized dogs since that’s what I grew up with, so walking large dogs will not be a problem. I am familiar with standard training practices for dogs as well and will adhere to any specific instructions.

I have owned snakes, lizards, turtles, fish;etc. so I also have experience with small animal care along with house sitting. Though I am not certified I train dogs for fun. (Basic obedience & tricks) I have even been told by a professional that I am really good at training dogs. I am a certified dog groomer. Some may say that I am a great bather and my grooms are neat. After working at an animal hospital for 2yrs I know a thing or two about pet care & what to do in an emergency so no worries your pets are completely safe in my care. Pet care is my life from the time that i wake up from the time i lay my head. i can do this in my sleep. (: in my home every dog is given the same amount of love. i do not have a fenced in yard however i take leash safety very seriously. we walk daily and i have never had a dog escape. i have tie out long enough to go where they'd like within the safe zone. we also have play time within my spacious finished basement that also has a fully stocked mini grooming salon on the opposite side. as far as drop ins in the clients home whatever care sheet you provide is what will be followed to the T.

Another wonderful stay for my pups. This was the first longer stay for my pup, Teddy and he can be nervous with new people. Seeing pictures of him playing with the other pups and cuddling with Susan and Jason made me so happy. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful sitter for my two dogs.
Our pup Charlie was in great hands with Alyssa and her crew for the last 10 days. From the start, Alyssa was responsive, communicative, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She shared frequent updates, photos, and videos, which gave us real peace of mind. It was obvious Charlie was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and playtime, and he looked happy and well cared for throughout his stay. We came home to a relaxed, healthy pup, and we’re so grateful for the care he received. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave Charlie with Alyssa again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to watch their dog.
Sandra's attention to detail and nightly updates made for a worry free vacation. The only suggestion I might have for next time is it might be better to pick up excited babies, after greeting them in the backyard first, might help make for a smoother pickup. Thank you!

This was by far the most amazing new experience for our babies! We typically boarded deeno in a huge boarding facility, but wanted to try something new and a little more personal. We were unsure how our newest rescue would do, as we are not too familiar with him. Scrappy got his nails trimmed, and a bath, Deeno looks like he got one also. 🥰 Our doggies were so happy, loved and enjoyed meeting new friends! Cant wait to book again! You both are amazing, and your backyard is absolutely beautiful and spacious for them to roam freely! Thank you again!
