About: I’m a dedicated dog mom who treats every dog like my own. I provide personalized care, follow routines closely, and send regular updates. My home is a safe, loving environment, and my friendly miniature poodle, Knox, enjoys making new dog friends. 🐾❤️ Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as a dog mom myself. I work during the day, but I’m able to come home and check on pups throughout the day. Evenings and weekends are when I have the most availability for walks, playtime, cuddles, and one-on-one attention. I make sure every dog gets plenty of care, exercise, and companionship while they’re with me. In my home, dogs are treated like part of the family. I have a backyard where they can safely run and play, and I can easily accommodate crate-trained dogs if needed. My miniature poodle, Knox, is friendly and enjoys having dog friends to play with and keep him company. We stay active with multiple walks throughout the day, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I do my best to follow each dog’s normal routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and right at home during their stay.

“Susan watched my dog, Rocco, for a few days while we were on vacation. She was absolutely amazing! You can tell right away how much she cares for every dog she has in her home. Unfortunately, her power went out while he was staying there and she was thoughtful enough to give Rocco a pair of pajamas to keep him warm! I love all of the pictures and updates she sends while we were away and I feel like Rocco gets so much attention as well as lots of play time with other dog friends. Another great feature with staying with Susan is that they are all small dogs. Our little JRT mix doesn't like playing with bigger dogs so this is a perfect fit for us! About: My name is Ivette and I currently study at Case. My husband is a USPS mail carrier and I work from home. Currently, I have one dog and two rescue cats🐾. During the pandemic, I spent a significant amount of time with my pets indoors where I had the opportunity to take care of two litters that my dogs had. I learned many skills during that time. With age, my dog became a senior dog and had to take oral medication so I am used to giving oral/topical medication to pets. I have been living in the Cleveland area since 2019 but I am originally from Texas. My current home has a fenced back yard and a good route for walks. We can always trust her with our pup ❤️🐶 We had to travel last minute due to an emergency and reached out to Sarah, she was available and took care of our 9-yr old Shih tzu, Frank, while we were away. Seamless drop-off and pick-up, she even accommodated a last minute change in drop-off time with no issues at all. Clearly an animal lover. Great space with a nice fenced in yard, but she still made sure to get Benji out for walks to help maintain his routine. She even provided her own crate so I didn’t have to lug mine around. Benji had a great time, and I’m 100% comfortable with him staying there again. Absolutely great experience.”
