Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, either physical or emotional, so that I can be fully informed and make sure your dog is properly cared for and in a manner to which they have become accustomed. I have had years of experience with many different breeds and know that each breed and each dog has their own unique personalities and traits.

I love going for long walks in our many metro parks and can happily take your dog to their favorite sniffing and stomping grounds. If they prefer just playing in the backyard i can easily accommodate that also.

Dogs have always been part of my life and my family. I am retired now, so my schedule is very flexible. My husband and I lead an active lifestyle and will make sure your dog is taken care of like family. We have a large backyard with access from a doggy door. We will keep you posted with photos and feedback on a daily basis. We have raised all breeds over our years as dog owners and have been blessed with wonderful senior rescues. Since my husband and I are both retired we are very flexible in our schedules and should be able to accommodate any timeframe that is needed. Our backyard is spacious and fenced in. There is access through a doggy door if that is negotiable for your dog. It can also be blocked if if required. We are very close to a beautiful park, which is wonderful for some nice long walks. We recently lost our 10 year old bull terrier to cancer and so our house feels empty without our beloved Walter. We will make sure your furry friend feels like family.

Tove and Gerald took great care of Dolly. They paid close attention to my instructions, and I could tell that Dolly was happy and comfortable in their home. I will be happy to have them care for her again.

Tove & Gerry are the best. Our 10 year old Golden Doodle Marley had only been boarded once in her life. From the first minute that she walked into their home Marley was comfortable. They took great care of her, sent updates and pictures and cared for her like she was their own. Tove even slept with Marley one night when her tummy wasn’t feeling great. You couldn’t ask for two more wonderful people to watch your little one.
Tove & Gerald took the most wonderful care of our dog. They kept us updated with photos the whole time & kept our dog busy, happy, and well-loved while we were gone. Our dog was so happy with them that she was truly reluctant to leave when we picked her up!
