I am a retired elementary school teacher who lives in a nice home in Cleveland Heights with a back yard. I have plenty of free time and love all types of dogs! I enjoy taking care of other dogs at my home and am totally capable of doing so since I am a dog lover and have had many different breeds throughout my life. About this sitter: I'm a retired elementary school teacher who has plenty of free time and love in my heart -- Your dog and I would get along great! Why I love dog sitting My entire life I've owned dogs. All different types of breeds, from Welsh Corgis to Pit Bulls to Patterdale Terriers -- The list goes on. I love all types of dogs and treat them like my children! About my yard My backyard is fully fenced in & gated, and I also have a dog run which I will occasionally use for the trouble makers! Theres plenty of space in the yard for the dogs to run around and play! My experience administering medication Yes, I have been administering medication to my own dogs for 30+ years!

I will admit I had a lot of anxiety about leaving my 16 yo pup for 6 days but I knew I was leaving him with people who care about dogs. They were so aware of my dogs needs because he is not a dog who likes dogs he prefers humans. So he was kept away from the the active dog area and he did very well. He ate his food which is iffy if he is away, he drank water which is rare, and he even started getting use to the other pups. I am so happy he adjusted and came out of his shell. I just moved back to Cleveland and I’m so happy I found a place he feels comfortable in so I can get some more trips in. Oh and I got updates and that helped ease my mind in a big way.
Salem has always received excellent care at the Edwardʻs house. They love her and Salem loves them. Salem needed truly extra care this time, as she is older and following her surgery, and giving her meds diligently, and I know she received whatever she needed beyond the call of duty!! I thank Pam and Evan completely for the loving care they give Salem!!
Simply the best! Our 9 year old Bulldog Daisy loves staying with Marshall. She plays, socializes and is well taken care of. She gets her special food and lots of love and attention. Whether we are gone for a few days or weeks, we always feel grateful for Marshall. Thanks for always taking such great care of our little girl.
Thanks for taking good care of our Misty! We appreciated the meet and greet, as well as flexibility with plan changes.
Hercules had a great time and Pamela and Marshall were very easy to work with. Will definitely use again when I need to.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I walk the dogs around my neighborhood about once a day if I’m only watching 1 or 2; I also let them run around & play multiple times a day (while supervised) in my large, fully fenced & gated backyard! I also have a dog run that stretches across the entire yard for dogs that are more of a flight risk! Your dog's sleeping arrangement In my house, wherever he or she pleases! A lot of them end up sleeping in my bed with me! Time I'll spend with your dog If your dog is at my house, he will be waited on hand and foot the entire time! I'm currently retired and spend all day at my house.
