“Caio was an amazing sitter! My two shy cats warmed up to him incredibly fast and he did a great job playing with them and keeping them happy. He was attentive to details and super caring. Will definitely rebook!”

“Tamara did a great job taking care of our cat while my wife and I were traveling. She kept up with all scheduled check ins, completed all required tasks, and gave us detailed summaries of each visit. She even went the extra mile to clean up broken glass from a poster that we had framed and fell on the floor (probably due to the window shaking during a storm) to ensure that our cat was unharmed. In the end, we were very happy with how Tamara took care of our cat when we were away. It’s always hard to travel and leave our pets at home, but having someone that you know is taking care of them makes all the difference.”

About: "I’ve always loved animals. When I was 15, I had two dogs . I often looked after my mother-in-law’s dogs whenever she traveled. I also volunteered as a foster mom with the Humane Society of Missouri. Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I take care of some pets in my building outside of the Rover app. I am a passionate animal lover, and to me, every pet is a special being that deserves love, respect, and dedication. I care for them as if they were my own babies, providing personalized attention, genuine affection, and a safe environment where they can feel calm and happy. I understand that every pet has its own personality and unique needs, which is why I adapt to them, respecting the way they give and receive love. My commitment is to offer responsible, reliable care filled with warmth, so both you and your furry companion can have complete peace of mind. I have a shorthair domestic black cat and small Shih Tzu. I love animals very much; I will take care of your pet as if it were my own child.
“This is my second time rebooking Faith and she is incredible. I appreciate her Rover report cards, photos of my cat, and letting us know if our cat has gotten into any mischief while we've been gone. I cannot recommend Faith highly enough!”

“Sydney and James are great with their care with Kiwi - they fed him according to my guidelines and also brushed him. They played with kiwi during their visits and enjoyed their time together. I will recommend them to anyone!”

“Sam was great! My cat can be a little fiesty and Sam was very patient with her and gained her trust. Her rover cards were always detailed and had plenty of pictures that made me feel so much better about leaving my fur baby for the weekend. 10/10 would recommend booking with Sam!”

“Super reliable, even during the crazy snow she still made her way out to take care of my kitties!! And I loved that she spent time petting them and making sure they got attention and felt cared for”

“Susana did a great job. It was a godsend that she was able to be flexible and adjust things last minute to help me. She was also very fast at responding and gave me great notes/photos at the check ins. Thank you!”

“Torrey provided great care to our dog and cats! Always promt, dependable, and spent time playing with our pup. We were thankful for the photos of our fur babies while we were away. We will definitely be grateful to have Torrey check on our animals again in the future!”

About: I fostered a 6 month old service dog in training, from the Pilot Dogs program for about a year. This included full time care, training session, and additional training outside of the sessions. Additionally, I currently own a 3 year old German Shepherd/Black lab mix, that is high energy and dog reactive, so I have a ton of experience with more difficult walkers. Additionally, I have handled resource guarding and administering medications, so am very comfortable if this arises. Although I am not a professional, I have worked with dog training (through both experiences) and am happy to incorporate any training you and your dog are currently working on! I am a graduate student at CSU and only have morning classes (8-12) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This allows me to be flexible! I am determined to provide the most comfortable environment for your pet while you are away to reduce any stress about leaving! I will make sure to follow any routines you and your pet has, and will allow your pet to lead any interaction.
“Erin did an amazing job with my babies . They are very scared of people and she came in and make them feel safe and they came right over to her. We will definitely be requesting her again”

About: From a young age, I have always had a pet. I love animals and look forward to taking care of your special pet/s :) I have experience with all ages and tailor my care depending on their individual needs. I am responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. I am currently a first year law student at Cleveland State, so I have a lot of flexibility with my school schedule. Mondays I have class from 1:00-2:40 pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00am-11:15am & 1:00-2:40 pm, and Wednesdays from 10:00-11:45am & 1:00-2:40pm. My boyfriend and I keep our apartment spotless so your dog/cat would be safe from any foods that may cause them harm! I also love going on walks or cuddling with your pet on the couch.
“Carla is awesome, coming to the rescue with a last-minute cat visit when I had to leave town suddenly and giving them and my house the best care and me, peace of mind. I genuinely appreciate her flexibility and sweetness, and we would welcome her back anytime for future travels!”

“Peyton was very sweet with my cat, Sugar. She followed my instructions for her care and made sure that Sugar was safe and sound before leaving. I would definitely trust Peyton to take care of Sugar again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was in elementary school! I have experience taking care of and owning small and large dog breeds, cats, and even farm animals like goats, pigs, turkeys and cows! I also worked at a local alpaca farm and provided love, care and husbandry for a variety of exotic and farm animals, including horses, donkeys, alpacas, llamas, and more! I have extensive experience working with animals who have special dietary needs, who need basic veterinary care such as shots or insulin, and who have physical disabilities and need extra care and aid! Lastly I do have experience in basic behavior training for dogs, including click/reward training to teach sitting, lay down, and release. I also have experience in halter training, specifically for Alpacas, but also for any other animal that may require learning halter/lead walking such as horses or donkeys. I am currently working part time, and my part time college courses are all online/flexible, so I will have plenty of time for your pets needs and for playtime, and am able to make sure that bathroom breaks and meal/snack times are not spaced too far apart :) I make sure to follow any given instructions for pet care, including specialized instructions for a special diet or medications, to a T. I like to go over the details with clients of how their pet may like to play, how much attention they enjoy, what their favorite snacks are, and of course any special needs such as medications, dietary needs, insulin etc… to make sure that I am offering the highest quality of care and comfortability for their beloved pet. I also make sure to pay a close attention to timing between meals, snacks and potty breaks so their pets do not become uncomfortable or have any accidents. Lastly, I make sure to give lots of love to their furbaby so they do not feel lonely!
“Madi was just fabulous! She was consistent with visiting and taking care of my cat and worked with my apartment manager for apartment access. She communicated well and I appreciated her following up. I will definitely rebook!”
About: I may be a cat dad now, but my house growing up was always filled with both barks and purrs. Once I was strong enough to hold back the leash, I was walking our sheep dog. I still enjoy taking family pets for walks when I visit. And in this cold, who doesn't need some motivation to walk? So I thought I might try to help you while working on my zeal for pup pets. My schedule is currently flexible, and so are my hours and availability. Creating time for bookings and keeping a schedule for your pet would be a priority. I treat your pet like I treat my own, but probably gentler! I take time for brushing, treats, pets, litter care, fresh water, and whatever you suggest would help them feel calm with a new person around. I'm also a photographer and know the value of a reassuring photo when away. I can drive to you, offering some peace of mind in case of emergencies.
“Melissa took care of my two cats for a week and did a wonderful job. She was communicative, sent photo updates, and it was a relief knowing she was caring so diligently for their needs!”

“Peter was amazing with my two cats! They quickly got comfortable with him and he spent time every day playing with them and sending pictures. I was able to relax during my time away knowing he was taking such good care of them!”

We absolutely love Caio — he is truly amazing! This is our second time booking him to care for our two dogs and two cats, and once again he exceeded every expectation. He is so incredibly gentle and attentive with our babies, and you can tell he genuinely loves the animals in his care. Our girl is completely smitten with him, which says everything! His profile says "certified belly rubber" and we can 100% confirm that title is well earned! We couldn't be more grateful for his kindness and the peace of mind he gives us while we're away. We will absolutely keep booking Caio and recommend him without hesitation! 🐾

Sam is such an amazing sitter!! I had her watch my cat for a second time. She is so good with my cat, and respects her boundaries while caring for her. She always sends multiple pictures and great updates when she does a drop in. She is also very responsive to messages and requests. If you’re looking for a sitter I definitely recommend reaching out to her!!

Sydney did such an amazing job with my cat for the week! She sent so many pictures and my cat seemed very friendly and comfortable with her. She cleaned up any messes he made and sent pictures of his food and water every day, so I felt very confident that he was getting the best care possible. Will definitely be using Sydney again for future cat sitting needs!

Aolani is very sweet and reliable! She took very good care of my cat. I knew I could rely on her to show up when she said she would. My cat’s food mat and litter box were clean.
