“Rucha was great with my cat who is very shy. My cat actually came out of hiding and went over to Rucha which is very unusual. Everything looked great when I got home. Will definitely ask her again!”

“Daniel was great! Our dog barks a lot when initially greeting strangers. He made her feel at ease and soon enough, they were playing fetch together. We will definitely contact him again for drop ins and house sitting of our dogs.”
“Goes above and beyond- She is the only person that made me feel fully relaxed leaving our older cat at home, and now with our kitten she did everything to help our new kitten warm up and feel safe with her. We will always choose Estefanía.”

“Emily was absolutely wonderful! The critters loved her and she stayed for the entire agreed-upon time! She had sent pictures of her visit and was excellent with communication! I would ask for her help to visit the pups and the cat again.”

“Joey spent over a month with my puppy, and was so wonderful in training and caring for him. They developed a great relationship because of the way Joey interacted with him. They were very communicative, flexible, responsible and trustworthy. Highly recommend to all pet owners and anyone needing an extra hand!”

“Kaylee is an excellent pet sitter! She took care of our two cats for 12 days while we were away, and we never had to worry about a thing. She keeps you updated and informed of everything going on with your pets, and cares for them like they were her own. You will love having her take care of your pets and your pets will love her too! Our shy cat, who is always under the bed whenever anyone comes over to our house, warmed up to Kaylee incredibly quickly. We will definitely book her again in the future,”

About: Hi there! My name is Bella, and I've never met an animal I didn't adore like my own! Growing up, I've had five large dogs, three cats, as well as several fish and hamsters. From pet sitting, to long or short walks, I’ve got experience and would love to help! I've cared for dogs with problems such as hypothyroidism, strokes, and blindness, and I am able to give them their required oral medication. I have also dealt with dogs that have a prey drive and may need to be walked alone and with precaution. Whatever type of pet you have, I'd love to take care of them!! I am in Ithaca until the end of September as I am here temporarily for an internship. To get an idea of my location, I am a 10 minute walk from the Ithaca commons. I work 4 days a week at my internship, so I am available full time for pet care on the weekends, and available for drop ins or walks around 6:30-8 pm on weekends days. In addition to a normal walk I can take them to the park and meet other dogs. I always remember to bring water on walks and to make sure they got enough exercise in! When doing drop-ins I can also brush them.
“Christel is awesome, sends really amazing updates and is so excited to hang out with my cat, even though my cat is shy and it requires a lot of patience to get her to play with you. I will absolutely have Christel pet sit again in the future.”

About: I have always lived with pets! :) I grew up with dogs Ella and Koikkie when I was little, and loved walking and playing with them. In college I couldn't have a dog, but I did get my first cat, Oliver. He was more or less feral when we found him but with lots of love and food, he became a lap cat with a happy home on a farm. Two years ago I moved to Ithaca, and have two 3-year old Siberian cats, Nadja and Moose. They need a lot of exercise and play which includes taking them out on leashes to walk around the block. I also frequently cat sit for my friends who have a mix of young and old cats. I'm currently working part-time 5 days a week. I am available for weekend pet-sitting and short visits during the week. I work until 3pm on weekdays, and am available at most times on the weekend. I am more than happy to stay in your home with your pet, and would love to give them treats and attention. I love spending time with pets and can send you daily photos at their cutest moments :)
“Caroline did a great job checking in on my cat daily as requested. She understood and did exactly what I wanted her to do for my cat and then communicated everything to me. I was reassured that my cat was being cared for very well which meant a lot to me. 🙏🏼 Caroline”

“Cannot recommend Casper highly enough! They took great care of my April. They sent me pictures and detailed updates every day on April. Casper is friendly and responsible, and clearly adores animals.”
“Victoria was nice enough to agree last minute to do drop-in visits over a long set of dates, her first time watching my two cats. Very responsive and responsible, with great reliability and communication”

Nicole is the best sitter I’ve ever encountered-I love her and so do my cats! She really bonds with and pays attention to your pets and your home. She did an incredible job, everything is so clean and thoughtful and the cats had a great time with her. I’m so glad to be working with her-I can travel without any anxiety about their well-being, both physically and emotionally.

Joey was an amazing sitter!! They gave very detailed accounts of their visits, and made sure to keep me updated on anything of note. I really appreciated the thoroughness of their care and their commitment to building a relationship with my cat! Furthermore, they were extremely accommodating when I had to make last minute changes to my booking, which was a headache saved!

Gianni did a fantastic job with our cat while we were out of town. He was very reliable with his check-ins, updates, and making sure that Baloo had everything that he needed. Even better, our shy cat seemed to love Gianni and enjoy his visits. We definitely recommend him.

Rachel did an outstanding job. She came everyday at the same time as I had requested, gave my cat her medications, brushed her and played with her, and kept the litter box tidy. Receiving daily photos is a real plus; it meant I was not worried about my pet’s care. In sum, Rachel is great and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Due to Alex's extensive background in animal care, I felt very comfortable leaving my cat in Alex's care for drop in visits during a 9 day trip! Alex was meticulous with following the rules of Rover and had careful business practices, such as staying on platform for all communication and waiting to accept the booking until after our meet and greet went well. Alex was also meticulous with Mocha's care. I have some very complicated instructions for the care of this finicky senior kitty (special food prep, pills, tooth brushing, recording amount of food consumed) and Alex did a great job following them! As an added bonus, Alex even cleaned the floor around Mocha's food bowl without my asking! Would hire this sitter again. Thank you Alex!

Jen is wonderful! She always sent the best photos of our rabbit & did a great job of keeping his space clean & comfortable for him. We had run out of bedding due to my mistake & she even offered to grab some for us to ensure he had his normal setup. Overall would totally recommend working with her(:

Rossy was amazing! She followed my cats' routine perfectly (wet food, dry food, water, cleaning litter boxes), and spent time giving them all some love. She kept in touch with me regularly, always sending updates and photos. She was also really helpful, watering my houseplants and bringing in the mail. Above and beyond! And finally, she was very flexible and accommodating, dealing with some date changes on my part and being available when a cancelled flight kept me away longer than expected. I would absolutely recommend her and hope she will be available to help me with my animal care in the future. If there were more than five stars, I would give her more! Thank you!
