Please let me know ahead of time if your pet has any special accomodations! I am comfortable with giving medications, walking your dog in their stroller, or looking for your scared kitty under all the beds to make sure they're still thriving.
A typical day
I love to play with your pets, whether it's a feather toy, tug of war, or a sniffer puzzle! We can do brushies, tummy rubs, butt scratches and beyond.

Hi! My name is Karla. I'm passionate about providing top-notch care for your pets of all shapes, stripes, and sizes. I'm still getting started on Rover, but I've been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family for all my life. My partner and I have one big, silly dog and two very shy cats. I also used to have pet rats and regularly ride and care for horses, so I'm comfortable with animals of all species and personalities.

Great cat sitter! Karla was very communicative and left me feeling assured that my kitty (Josie) was getting the very best care. She sent pictures and a short update with every drop-in visit. It was clear from the pictures that Josie was completely relaxed and happy around her. My cat has asthma and requires an inhaler twice a day. Even though Karla wasn't able to practice administering the inhaler during the meet & greet, she did fantastic during her visits. I'm always concerned leaving Josie with someone new due to her inhaler, but I did not have to worry about that with Karla. Karla was fantastic and I will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future when I need someone to look after my kitty.
I couldn't have asked for a better person to make drop-in visits on my two cats twice a day for a week. Karla took great care of Brutus and Olive and did everything I asked and more. My cats had never met anyone besides me before, so they were in hiding for the first few days, but Karla persisted and by the end they were (almost) friends. I appreciated the punctual reports and her messages were detailed and reassuring. I highly recommend Karla.
Karla was a wonderful dog sitter. She was great at communicating about how the day went with them and sending pictures. We weren't worried about them at all. We will definitely hire her again if we need another sitter! Thank you Karla!
