1. Rachel S.
“Rachel was so awesome with all the pets! They really loved her at the very first meeting prior to the house sitting appointment. She was very responsive, was able to accommodate a last minute change in our plans, and sent daily updates and photos of the pets. Truly appreciated her excellent care of our variety of pets with unique care needs.”
2. Rachael G.
“My wife and I were told about ROVER by a coworker and used Rachel for the first use of ROVER! I can not say enough about this experience! Very prompt and caring for Falcon our 4 year old goldendoodle and watching over our home while we were out! Lots of communication with us on how he was and pictures were sent on each day we were gone! This is an amazing service that I will with out a doubt use again and my first go to will be Rachel!”
3. Sierra F.
“This was my first time having Sierra watch my dog and cat in our home and she was excellent! She sent daily updates of the pets and took care of the house with no issues at all. Sierra is trustworthy and responsible and I came home to a clean house and happy pets :)”
4. Graeme C.
“Graeme is amazing! He spent the week entertaining my bratty hounds and needy cats. They loved him and didn’t miss us one bit. We will hire him anytime!”
5. Jenna V.
“Dec. 2024 . Jenna is our neighbor down the street, who we had corresponded with for 1.5-years about mis-delivered packages and meals, as well as coming over to our yard to collect plant specimens poisonous to domestic pets for one of her Veterinarian School classes, before it occurred to me to also ask if she’d like to cat sit for us for 12-days (this was before I started using Rover, which now I won’t need to ever use unless Jenna is not available!) I cannot imagine a better cat sitter. Jenna is communicative, responsive, affectionate; and she is in training to care for pets as a career. We feel soooooo lucky to leave our cats in her care. She sent us photos of them every day, and she spent time cuddling with them too, besides feeding, water, litter box cleaning, playing with wand toy, giving treats, brushing. She sent us a photo of both our 10-yo cats cuddled up on top of her and I can tell from the photos and videos how much they loved her as a caregiver. She also vacuumed our floors for us before we came home, without us even asking her to, and needless to say the house clean when we got home. We will absolutely keep her as our #1 choice in future when we are out of town, and highly recommend her. We are so grateful for her in our lives now since moving to Ithaca 1.5-years ago.”
6. Shakti (they/them) M.
“Shakti is amazing with my adored but (and!) difficult puppy! They train as a matter of course, so my puppy is LESS difficult when I return to her. And I always know that my dog is in good hands. I trust Shakti completely.”
