I am happy to go for walks or engage in other activities with your pet(s), and with my flexible schedule, I can spend plenty of time providing your pet(s) with attention and affection. If your dog(s) tolerate (or enjoy) car rides, I am happy to take them on any hikes or adventures in the area.

Pet care experience
I have cared for pets for many years. I have experience working in an animal shelter with dogs and cats, and have additional experience pet-sitting and caring for a variety of animals with a variety of needs- from dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, and even snakes! From my experience, I have a lot of knowledge and ability to manage senior pets, pets with special/health needs, and young animals who may need more care. In addition to my pet care experience, I was raised on an inner-city farm, so I am familiar with the work, time, and care that should be devoted to animals of all kinds.

Sawyer is a Pet Whisperer! Truly. Our cats are not known for coming out of their hidie holes for just any one. But for her….oh yes. Sawyer is the type of person who cares for your four leggers as well as the home they live in. She’s someone you can count on and so can your four legged little ones.
It was a pleasure to have Sawyer stay to care for Roscoe and Midge. They were happy in the photos she sent, and they were happy when I got home. The house was in great shape. We look forward to having Sawyer sit again soon.
We were so lucky to have Sawyer petsit for our new dog while we on vacation. Sawyer was very responsive setting up a get to know you visit right away. We felt our dog was in great hands with Sawyer and trusted her completely. Sawyer was great at communicating and sending photos. Our dog really liked her!
Sawyer did a good job on a last minute meet and greet the week of. Glad to know her. So well traveled and my babies loved her!
