1. Ashley S.

“Ashley and her family were wonderful hosts for our dog, Dudley. He came back from his 4-day stay in great condition. He had good walks and lots of attention. He is a bit idiosyncratic in the way of older dogs, and that did not phase them. We really appreciated their loving care. Plus, Dudley got along excellently with their sweet spaniel, Wally! Ashley kept us well up-dated on his activity, which was reassuring, because it's hard leaving quirky old dogs. We highly recommend Ashley and her family.”

2. Alex E.

“Such an amazing sitter! We got sooo many photos and constant updates which was fantastic. Leia played in the big fenced in yard and cuddled on the couch and seemed to have a blast. Unfortunately she had an accident in the middle of the night (so sorry!!) and Alex was so nice and good about it. We hope to have Leia come back again!”

3. Darlene C.

“Darlene is an amazing sitter. My dog had a great time with her. He was well taken care of and I received all necessary updates needed. He returned home very happy and content.”

4. Hanna R.

“Hanna was great! My puppy came home tired and happy! She even sent us a photo of our pup playing with his new friends. Great first experience using Rover.”

5. Ashley K.

“This was the first time my dog stayed with a hired sitter since he was adopted last year, and I am grateful that Ashley was kind about his known nervousness and anxiety, including knowing when to administer pills for that issue. Thank you so much!”

6. Riya B.

“Riya was amazing! Took time to get to know my dog and let us both feel comfortable with her, her space and her dog. Sent photos and I was confident during my time away that my dog was well cared for and was having fun. Highly recommended!”

7. Andrea I.

“Andrea took great care of Izzi! She was communicative and clearly has a lot of experience with dogs. She was also very accommodating of my changing schedule.”

8. Destiny M.

“Destiny did such a great job watching my 2 pups! They came back so happy! She sent pictures and updates daily and was totally willing to give one of my pups his ear medication. Will definitely be rebooking!”

9. Shihong L.

“Shihong took excellent care of our dog while we were away for a week. He sent photos and videos of her daily, and checked in with me about anything that seemed unusual with her. He was responsible and caring, and pampered our dog so she was very comfortable with him. I highly recommend Shihong and will definitely be asking him to watch or dog again in the future.”

10. Aaron , Kaylee, & Valerie M.

“They sent pictures each day, and my pup was happy and healthy (and thankfully tired from a long day of playing) when I picked her up! Will definitely book again!”

11. Robert & Eileen Y.

“Robert and Eileen were so wonderful with our dog Poppy! This was our first time leaving her with a sitter, she usually goes everywhere we do. They made her comfort and care a priority, and we are so grateful for that. She had a wonderful time, and came home exhausted in the best way! Excellent communication and very accommodating, we would certainly book another stay with them!”

12. Monica A.

“Monica was amazing with our dog! He came home happy, healthy, and was clearly well taken care of. He also had a great time with their dog. I will most definitely use her services again!”

13. Rachel S.
“Rachel’s watched my cat and dog twice, and took fantastic care of them both times. I have a FLUTD cat who requires daily medication, and a sensitive, energetic, and reactive dog. Thanks to her extensive experience as a veterinary assistant, and owning reactive dogs herself, Rachel knew exactly how to administer medication, UTI symptoms to look for, and how to handle a reactive dog on walks and other outings. I received daily updates of their adventures. Usually when I return from traveling, the animals are anxious and velcroed to my side, but this time, they were calm and relaxed, a testament to how comfortable they were with Rachel, and how well she met their exercise and enrichment needs. My mind was at ease the whole time I was away knowing my creatures were in good hands. I highly recommend Rachel!!”

14. Susan T.

“Susan took great care of our little dog! She was very loving and sent pictures regularly. She is also very responsive to texts and calls. I would definitely book her services again.”

15. Lauren B.
About: I have taken care of cats and dogs in my neighborhood since I was 13. Whenever I am home for breaks I am the first person our family friends call to petsit! I have grown up with dogs my whole life and enjoy taking care and being around dogs and cats. I am currently a full-time graduate student at Ithaca College. I have class 2:00-4:30pm on Mondays, 8:15 am- 2:40 pm on Tuesdays, 10:00-1:50 pm Wednesdays, 8:15-11:45 am Thursdays, and 9:30-12:00pm Fridays. So, weeknights and weekends I will have more availability. My schedule is pretty flexible other than my classes. I live with two other roommates who are very welcoming of cats and dogs. I live right behind a trail, which is perfect for walks. I can easily crate your dog if needed.

16. Ray H.

“Thank you Ray! Pepper had a great time! It was nice to get photos and videos of you all out and about while we were away. Will definitely call you again when we need a safe fun place for Pepper and Oona when we travel again!”

17. Kelly H.

“They took great care of Teddy, I dare say even better than how we treated him at home. So many walks and play time a day. They really love Teddy and put my mind at ease as I am away. Will definitely be sending Teddy back to them”

18. Claudia H.

“Claudia was absolutely amazing with Oliver!! We can tell from all the photos she sent, he had a great time. So many activities, walks, exploring, and making new friends. Can’t wait for the next time!”

20. Georgia V.

“I wish there were an option to leave more than five stars, because Georgia and her dog Wilma went so above and beyond. I had to find a last minute sitter over the holiday weekend, which, without Georgia's responsiveness and flexibility, would have been next to impossible. When I dropped my dog off, I could tell immediately that she was going to have an amazing time. Georgia sent lots of updates while I was away, which was much appreciated. Normally when I pick up my dog after a couple of days away, she's overjoyed to go back home, but this time, she actually seemed bummed to be leaving her new bff Wilma!”
