About: I have cared for dogs my whole life. I am especially fond of older dogs and their quirks. We just lost our family dog about year ago and I am ready to have dogs in my life again but at this point not as a dog parent. My schedule is quite flexible with many evening and weekend hours available for dog sitting/walking. I am also available for holidays, both summer and winter. I have a small fenced yard and currently no other pets. I am a firm believer in walking your dog for a more balanced personality.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and dogsitted for family and friends as well. I am an easy going, attentive and caring person, who will never leave the dogs side! They are in good company with me I’m home the entire day, and wherever I go, the dog goes with me! To the park, walk to the supermarket, to the beach, coffee dates, or simply just relaxing at home. They will always be in good company and constantly attended to! I have a big house very suitable for any size dog, including German Shepards! (I used to have one) I also have a large beautiful garden/ courtyard in which they can safely play with no traffic or problems, and a park right next door! I go running daily so if they’re active dogs they can join me with great pleasure! Or just a long leisurely walk, I’m quite an active person and anywhere I go the dog comes with me!
About: I'm a Cornell Animal Science graduate. I've grown up with dogs and cats my whole life, and trained 2 of those dogs by myself. I interned at a rescue horse ranch between high school and college, where I helped care for 7 horses and 9 dogs. Specific services: Housesitting: I have my own car, and can provide morning/evening care, as well as a 1-2hr lunch visit, depending on pet's routine and needs. I have no weekend commitments. I have a flexible work schedule, so exact timing of visits can be adjusted (ie. midday walk at 11a or 3p, instead of 12-2 window). Kate took excellent care of our dog Maxie for a weekend. I was nervous because Maxie was just over a week post-op from TPLO (knee) surgery and had significant movement and exercise restrictions. Kate seemed confident and competent from the moment we met her. She took great care of Maxie, spent a lot of time with her, and sent plenty of updates. We would definitely book her again.
Rachel was absolutely amazing with our cats. We were gone for 2 weeks, which is the longest we’ve been away from home. But the cats did so well, even our shy boy opened up to her quickly! He also requires a daily medication that Rachel was very on top of monitoring and ensuring he had the right amount. Got the best updates throughout our trip. Our house was so tidy when we came back. 10/10 would recommend!!
Claudia is the absolute best! She really takes spectacular care of our old lady dog. We always get excellent communication and feel like she really gets Hallie and enjoys her company. When we get home Hallie is always chill and happy, not anxious or seeming like she’s been lonely or worried. Our home is always left clean and she takes care of anything she notices on her own. We’re so grateful for her and I know Hallie is too!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
