I am aspiring veterinarian in my first year at Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine. I currently work as a student worker at Cornell University Hospital for Animals in the exotics department! I am a life-long animal owner who grew up rescuing cats (through adoption and TNR) with my family. I’ve had cats, dogs, bunnies, frogs, and fish! I'm always excited to make a new furry friend. :) Apologies if I am ever late getting back to you- my schedule has revolves around school and I am not always able to check my notifications 🔔 while I’m in class or working in the hospital.

Safety, trust & environment
While I do not offer care at my home as I have some lovely animal babies of my own, I am confident in my animal handling abilities. I have shadowed and worked with certified fear free veterinarians who have taught me the tricks of the trade. Additionally, if your animal requires medication administration I am able to do that as well.

Sarah was wonderful in all respects. She is warm, very comfortable with our senior dog, responsive and accommodating. Her communication is excellent. She has no problem giving medications. I will absolutely book her again.
So glad we found Sarah! She has a real knack for cats - just minutes after she arrived, ours was not only out from under the bed but happily allowing her to pet him. Sarah kept in touch throughout her stay and the photos showed he was having a great time. Looking forward to the next time our schedules line up!

Schedule
I am currently only available for walks/drop-ins during the early mornings/evenings on weekdays (M-F) and all day on the weekends. I am available for sittings primarily during the weekend but depending on distance from the vet school may be able to do weekdays. I'm a flexible person and am happy to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. Just let me know and we can work it out. I don't mind same day requests, but I might have other pets booked in advance or prior obligations!
