Pet care experience

Future Veterinarian 🐶

With a lifelong passion for animals, I’ve been caring for pets professionally since I was 16 — from vet clinics to living rooms, I’ve done it all. I’m certified in animal CPR, experienced with pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, and always ready to offer a calm, capable hand (or a lap to nap in). Whether your furry friend needs meds, snuggles, or just someone to throw the ball exactly right — I’ve got it covered. You’ll get plenty of photo updates, so you never feel too far from your best friend. When you’re away, they deserve more than just a sitter — they deserve someone who truly gets them. Let’s make your time away stress-free (for both of you)! 🐶🐱 *Just started accepting bookings again with the new school year!

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for pets in your home, I focus on creating a calm, familiar environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick closely to their usual routine — from feeding schedules and litter box care to playtime and medication, if needed — to minimize stress and keep things consistent while you’re away. I’ve worked in veterinary medicine for years, so I’m very experienced with administering medications, monitoring subtle behavior changes, and offering extra TLC to keep your furry friend feeling their best. I take the time to build trust, especially with shy or older pets, and always respect their boundaries and preferences. You’ll receive regular updates and plenty of photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and in caring, capable hands.

Liz was amazing and attentive. We were nervous because it was first time leaving our pup with a sitter. He did great and we were so happy. Would choose her again many times.

Liz does a fantastic job with my cats! My one cat is very shy around new people but immediately warmed up to Liz. She is meticulous on their care and needs. Shes a current vet student at Cornell so it made me feel safe that if anything would happen she would know where to take my kitties! Highly recommend Liz for all your cat sitting needs!

To give your pet the best care possible, I’d love to know a few key things ahead of time: Personality & Routine: Are they shy, energetic, cuddly, or independent? What’s their typical daily routine like? Medical Needs: Do they take any medications or have health conditions I should monitor? Feeding Instructions: What, when, and how much do they eat? Any allergies or dietary restrictions? Behavior Notes: How do they react to new people, other animals, loud noises, or being left alone? Comfort Items: Do they have favorite toys, beds, or calming routines that help them feel secure? House Rules: Are they allowed on furniture? Any areas off-limits? The more I know about your pet’s needs, quirks, and preferences, the better I can make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away! 🐾
