About: I have had pets my whole life growing up. I’ve had dogs, cats, fish, and even rabbits! In fact, my mom has 2 dogs (Finley and Millie) that I helped take care of and train for years. Finley is a golden retriever and Millie is a chihuahua so my experience with different dog breeds is very diverse! I love walking dogs and getting to know each of their individual personalities. I’m a very energetic person and I’m so ready to go on long walks and even runs! I'm currently on summer vacation and am only working part-time so all other hours are mostly filled with walking and sitting dogs and spending time with my friends around San Francisco. Nicole is the best sitter I’ve ever encountered-I love her and so do my cats! She really bonds with and pays attention to your pets and your home. She did an incredible job, everything is so clean and thoughtful and the cats had a great time with her. I’m so glad to be working with her-I can travel without any anxiety about their well-being, both physically and emotionally.
Maria was amazing!! She was so kind and patient with my sweet (albeit difficult) cat! My cat has a bunch of health issues, and Maria did a wonderful job navigating them, including giving her meds! She kept in contact with me, sending pictures and updates that really helped put my mind at ease while I was travelling, knowing that my cat was in good hands! She was quick to respond to both my booking request and my questions, and was willing to set up a meet-and-greet with me and my cat, so that I knew she was in good hands. Gianni did a fantastic job with our cat while we were out of town. He was very reliable with his check-ins, updates, and making sure that Baloo had everything that he needed. Even better, our shy cat seemed to love Gianni and enjoy his visits. We definitely recommend him.
Rachel did an outstanding job. She came everyday at the same time as I had requested, gave my cat her medications, brushed her and played with her, and kept the litter box tidy. Receiving daily photos is a real plus; it meant I was not worried about my pet’s care. In sum, Rachel is great and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Due to Alex's extensive background in animal care, I felt very comfortable leaving my cat in Alex's care for drop in visits during a 9 day trip! Alex was meticulous with following the rules of Rover and had careful business practices, such as staying on platform for all communication and waiting to accept the booking until after our meet and greet went well. Alex was also meticulous with Mocha's care. I have some very complicated instructions for the care of this finicky senior kitty (special food prep, pills, tooth brushing, recording amount of food consumed) and Alex did a great job following them! As an added bonus, Alex even cleaned the floor around Mocha's food bowl without my asking! Would hire this sitter again. Thank you Alex!
