Overall, I can certainly say we have found another go-to boarding for Koko and will certainly avail their service in the future. Prompt communication, updates, playtime, walks and mealtime all taken care in timely manner makes me feel extremely confident to leave our pup with Jie next time.”

I did not have to worry about being away and enjoyed my vacation because both Jean and James took really good care of Maverick the entire time. They constantly gave me updates about him everyday without me having to ask. They trimmed his paws when needed, brushed his teeth, gave him some extra treats (all while checking in with me first) and gave Maverick lots of love. They really went the extra mile to take care of him and by far has been the best rover we’ve booked. 12/10 highly recommend. I will definitely leave Maverick with them again.”

Ken was very professional and extremely caring towards Bentley. He was flexible with the drop-off/pick-up timings. He kept us up to date with pictures and videos almost every day :) I even had to suggest that he didn't need to send pictures & videos that often :) Bentley has made friends with Neo, which is wonderful for us coz Bentley wouldn't easily mingle with other pets.
